The service wise it is ok but rates are very high, location is not a bad choice to select. Lots of eateries around this place and shopping center is not very far away. Room service has clean bed and clean room and free water.

Located in the heart of the business district of Patna this is an ideal choice for corporate travel.
Decent rooms good wifi, airconditioned rooms, daily housekeeping, hot and cold water 32 inch TV it has everything that I wanted in a hotel plus it is centrally located

Good breakfast spread and a good restaurant where the staff looked after my needs very well

Expensive but ok

Ideal for Business Travel

I came here along with my family on the 25th of this month. Came here only after re-confirming my reservation. On arrival i was asked the followig:
1) proof of marriage (clearly my id, my wedding bangles & the usual tell tell signg of an indian married woman werent enough ! 
2) the id of the people i was travelling with; my husabnd and my cousins werent satisfactory.

Not only was my marriage questioned and mocked with SLEAZY references... The general manager Amitabh Nandan refused service. 

Imagine to arrive in Patna with ur family for visiting extended family and friends... And u visit ur hotel where the GM takes up the moral policing role.... Speaks rudely, abuses and gives statements with insinuations refering to u, ur marriage, ur family. 
This is extremely unbecoming of a hotel.
DONT BE FOOLED!! IIT IS NOT PART OF THE IRIS HOTEL CHAIN!

Amitabh Nandan (+91-9771461828) the general manager is "the moral police" of Patna city

Iris having high marker rate of tariff but services are very much poor 
Even hotel service is so slow 
They have good interior but not the best service 
Once you order you dinner it can be late as 1 hour at least
