Located at the cliff, near to all happening places in Varkala. Amazing view to the beach. 
Well maintained and beautifully designed. Rooms were spacious. 
We went there as a group booking the whole property. The caretaker was really helpful and the restaurant offered some great variety of food

It was extra priviledge That is was stunning experience from that beach resort....

This is the best resort.i never seen this type of resort. It's have a beautiful sceneries.There rooms are very neat and clean.There service also very nice.I like there food and we have get other entertainments on there.

My stay at "Rajadhani 5th Season" hotel in Varkala was a mixed experience. Situated on the North Cliff, the hotel's location was undeniably its biggest advantage. There were plenty of food options in the neighborhood, and the small cafe in front of the sea added to the charm. Being able to enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea while having a meal was a real treat.

However, the hotel itself showed signs of age and in need of maintenance. Despite this, the owner's hospitality and dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay were evident. It was indeed value for money given the prime location and the warmth of the staff.

One drawback worth mentioning is the narrow path leading to the hotel, which could be inconvenient, especially if you have bulky luggage.

In conclusion, "Rajadhani 5th Season" in Varkala offers a unique experience due to its location and the adjacent cafe with a sea view. While the hotel may need some upkeep, the friendly owner and competitive pricing make it a reasonable choice for travelers who prioritize location and ambiance.

this is the best place you can get in Varkala cliff . with the scenic view of the beach and nature ... it's just too sexy.
We had been here for winter and early morning view from here is just wow. and the stay was extraordinary.
Food and accomadation is just great.


This little property is located on the varkala cliff. The cottages are beautiful and clean. There was no restaurant functioning in the hotel when we visited, but right outside you have a lovely restaurant. So we din't feel uncomfortable and there was no inconvenience. There are lots of good restaurants on the cliff. The cottages were worth the money we paid for. A good property worth trying out.
