Location was very good..view from rooms were amazing..
Dinner n breakfast were fabulous..
Behaviour of each and every staff was very good and courteous..
They have arranged the things whenever it was required...we checked out with a smile.

We went for anniversery, however they have made my experience hell. They have told us they we will provide this and that at the booking time and when we reached there they started to charging even for tea.

Hotel stay was quite comfortable. Most important is they have DG backup which is must require as power cut-off is frequent here in Pahalgam.  Basic facilities are up to mark like room service, hot water and  heating bed as weather was quite cool in this month. Hotel staff is polite and supportive. 
Recommended this hotel for family / couple stay with budget price.

I stayed in Hotel Tourist Palace IN Pahalgam during my clients trip of amaranth yatra 2018. The company Sunway Kashmir Tour and Travels have arranged my tour package with out any grievance, Mr Bitu bhai the owner of property have given a tremendous support  during my stay in his hotel, service is very good, food is very good, and the most important thing, the value is perfect either rich or poor

We stayed here for two days.Room was clean,bathroom was also clean.Food was very tasty.People here are friendly and helpfull.Road to baisaran and aru vally is near from here.Good mountain view from balcony.Overall it was a nice stay.

this was our first trip to Pahalgam and our agent has reserved this hotel. 

This hotel is little away from downtown(city) and i was little frustrated before check-in as to why did my agent had to book this hotel. 

After I checked-in to this hotel and the way hotel staff responded to us was impressive.  Since it was too cold weather, they had supplied the hot food for dinner and also hygiene. 

Breakfast is Ok. 

I recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel at a great price. You have a great view of mountains from the your room windows. The food is not that great, but service is good. The kitchen is not open 24x7. The garden area is good for sunbathing. The rooms are very comfortable with warmers in the bed.

Good Hotel Rooms. OK Food.

Not upto the mark hotel.. Our bad luck we were here for 1 day and because of lockdown we were the only  person to stay in the hotel..only usp is net and location.. Tv connection not working room heater of no use water heater again of no use...on top we were given dinner by 10pm at nyt and morning just bread omlete.. Pathetic service.. Plz don't go to this hotel...

It's 3 star hotel on online but it's look like dhaba This was my worst experience..very poor don't ever try to visit this hotel room ok ok
