What was good

Location is great as it is near the IGI Airport.

What was bad

1. The staff was not polite, efficient or cooperative. 2. Room was HORRIBLE... With smell of Dampness. Hard to breath. 3. Walls were cracked and unbearable. 4. Beds looks, if sheets were never washed properly, blankets were and sheets all were as if they were wet.. due to dampness. 5. Bathroom and toilet had poor look and toilet seat was loose ... In general bath was not clean. 6. Carpets had insects roaming around. 7. Basically it is Run Down - Tired place and should not be open for business. 8. The 5-hours I stayed was unforgettable horrible experience. 9. I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND to anyone to book it ... And will use every possible avenue to complaint where I can... 10. It hasnothing to its credit apart from location being near airport.. It definitely brings a bad name to nation.
