An extraordinary spot to remain for loved ones, considerate staff, and great food. The best part was the food that too at a truly sensible price. The staff, there was extremely strong and I truly enjoyed giving extra stuff in the room like chips and squeezes at market value which is truly useful when you have children or you are sluggish Rooms are exceptionally perfect and have every one of the conveniences which make your visit lovely and effortless.

I like to thanks hotel Surbee resorts Management we are very happy to stay in this resorts and hotel staff was very nice and coprative room is very good good view  and food also very good we will come back again month of June

Hi all, just wanted to share a bad experience  with u all so that its not repeated with any one now.
Surbee resorts masoorie is worst place to stay .one guy TARUN  speaks very bad .even with ladies. If staff is like this wht kind of owner they will have. Property is very dirty, no proper services
 Staff are also struggling over there. Pathetic  food. 
They even use abusic language.....its not safe to stay there. If u try to say something abt their services ,they will ask u to get out of their resort anytime. We were with kids so had to stay there for night as we had no choice. But Mr   TARUN IS NOT A GOOD HOST.

The Lodging Facilities are Okaish it's not upto the mark with 
No Wifi
No Boiled Water in a really very cool weather condition
With Chargeable Heater and they too not really are heaters they are halogen heating equipments 
Food is fine I will not say good
Room Service is pathetic and
Lastly some rooms have geysers which are having close to droplets kind of flow with geysers providing cold water I repeat 
Geysers providing cold water that means they weren't working.

New year trip gone in vain

This resort is just awesome. It is on tje way to kempty falls from.mall road. You can ask for lift from.a vehicle driving from mussorie mall road to kempty village and you will find this resort on your way. Also, it is just before the mariott hotel. Per lerson it is just 50 rupees from.mall road. If you follow timings (ask from the guard), you may also get the local bus. Kempty fall is approx 7 kms from here. The rooms and the resort in itself is huge and beautiful. Near by, approx 1.5 kms there is a beautiful temple and the hill top. You can visit in the morning to see the sun rise. In all, it is the beat. The vreakfast they serve is also yumm and very good in quality.

DONT BOOK YOUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Hotel staff is rude,very law quality services and Dirty rooms and Washrooms

We stayed there on 28.10.2019. we had booked 3rooms from OYO.. But very worst experience.

Worst Bad experience

The Rooms and the Atmosphere was good. Food in the restaurant was good.As this is 8 Kms away from main Mussorie(Mall Road) its ideal only for people going by their own Car.As its located on the road to Kempty Falls it was easier to reach the Kempty Falls.As the address mentioned in the Online Booking was mentioned as Dehradun, it was bit nervous till we reached the resorts.

Awesome Resorts for going in own car

At first look, property looks huge and well maintained but its totally opposite. We have booked 2 rooms. No so clean, bathrooms have cobwebs and roaches. Food is very average, specially the breakfast. Room service is negligible. We have to call the room service 3-4 times and even visited the reception desk but they took a long time to serve us. All they got after so many chases were fresh towel. Cleaning of room and bathroom was not done. Overall, no worth staying. 

Just an average stay

This resort is located near JW Marriott, almost 6 to 7 KM far from Mall Road but the benefit is that you can relax in this resort. Very peaceful area, no crowd no traffic, if you are in group you can enjoy fully here. They serve you with so tasty food that you will love your stay here and their staff and service is awesome, although rooms are basic still I always love to stay here. Another benefit is that the famous waterfall Kempty fall is very near to this resort that one can go daily. Lovely place to stay in Mussoorie.
