Visit only if peace is your priority. Hotel is well inside jungle and approx 40 km away from Munnar. Better go by own vehicle or they will arrange cab in 600 bucks. Everything is amazing after reaching there from View to Room. You will feel like a 4* hotel after reaching there. You can spend two days at hotel only if you want to spend quality time. I truly recommend it.

I booked a standard room and the Room was pathetic, dust smell, damaged paint on walls, not up to the mark compared to the price they charged.

The place is very nice clean and descent but it is located Very far from Munnar city actually the driver charged extra 2000 rupees for the ride to  Munnar

Best Hotel inside proper jungle feeling

Our Family group of 19 persons stayed here for 26 & 27 Dec 2017. Mngt blamed us for shortage of minor items like Rubber bush of door stopper, 1small glass plate & 2 nos of bath towels which were not at all handed over to us during Check in. Our luggage i.e about 25 Baggage were opened & checked repeatedly by hotel staff in the presence of MD itself. Thus we experienced an Extreme Insulting treatment. MD is an Immature, Senseless, Irresponsible, Illiterate person & do not respect his guests. Worst & remote location, hotel is 30 KM away from Munnar & the approach road is in very bad condition. It takes 02 Hrs one way to reach Munnar. No proper provision for Hot water. Food quality is not at par with cost & very limited varieties of food. Being a remote location nothing is available around hotel. HOTEL NOT RECOMMENDED for decent & Cultured families.

Worst Hotel & Hotel Management including MD of Hotel.Insulting treatment to Guests.

It's in a wrong location. The hotel name is misty but there is only sunny, sweating and burning hot place. I don't recommend this one.

Their location was wrong. Contacted them to cancel and never received a response.

The staffs were rude, No hotwater in bathrooms, no drinking water provision/service during night, remote location with difficulties to access, we ordered dinner which was very expensive and not eatable... Pls dont go there
