It was so good with good hospitality nothing can describe the view that you get in the morning I wish I could stay longer. There are so many things nearby you can do too. As I’m from north India you would feel so much welcome and no language barrier 

As i can see the reviews , before checking also i read, but one of my friend told me to go there and enjoy your wedding anniversary, when i went from hotel , my opinion is completely different, they are so good, little problem with connectivity , but if you're going for vacation what doesn't matter, all you need to enjoy, they provide hot water when ever we want, they give us so beautiful room, with free upgradation, staff was so good and well mannered, food was so tasty, about view no words, sunrise from was best experience. One of the best hotel in munnar. Views are awesome. We stayed 2 nights. Very friendly and professional staffs and especially mr.ariya. Neat and clean rooms and surfaces. View from room was amazing. Simply say it is worth of money. I noticed some construction works in progress.

It was really wonderful experience for me and my family . resort was very nice and clean and beautiful views, staffs are very helpful and welcoming ,we stayed in suite rooms are spotless and beds are very comfortable, And I don’t have enough words to explain how good was our dinner. They really treated us like a family . Camp fire prepared very well,with care ,food taste was amazing, also the service is great , all staff are very good knowledgeable and dedicated, we really enjoyed this stay...this resort is very calm and quiet , special  thanks to our favorite guy Arya , whenever we need something he's there for us.

I visited munnar last week.....place is very pleasant...we stayed in club munnar ....staff treat us in a great manner....especially  manager guide us excellently....he is very responsible....thank you manager.....very good hospitality service.....rooms are very clean and hygienic....we ask them without any hesitation because of their behaviour......view in location point is such amazing...surely we will stay next trip in  club munnar.....Good management...thank you guys...thank you e everyone........

The club munnar hotel is. Into the mountains. Road to the hotel is slightly rough but being repaired at the time we visited. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Pool table also available for sport. Rooms are very spacious.

THe photos are misleading. This is the worst managed property one can ever go to. Its filthy. The staff are unprofessional. The location is good and offers good views. There is a nice terrace area to sit. The food is good.  But you'd still be better off staying at home.


Worst hotel

I wish I could give zero rating or even less. The owner is rude. He's a pathetic lair. His behaviour was terrible. I don't what kind of 3-star hotel it is. They don't even have groceries in their kitchen. Rather they asked us to buy what ever we would have liked to eat. Asked to bring diesel too.. LOL. Had only 2 staff for whole hotel. Owner didn't say that hotel may not be able to serve us when we talked to him 2 days before our check-in. But when we confronted him after our one day stay, he just started to threatening us (I have your recording and all). I mean who talks like that to a customer. It seemed like we were talking to some goon rather than a manager. 
He didn't have an iota of courtesy.
There was no water to drink. 
There was no back up.
No cash with the staff.
No WiFi. 
No TV recharge. So no TV eventually. 
No geyser in the bathroom. 
It's better to book a hotel in munnar only as roads are also not good. There are landslides blocking the road leading to the hotel.
