Worst hotel ever seen 
Management was very bad and rude .specially for the couple please don’t go there as I saw an incident there and also not good to take family also .
I strictly not recommend anyone and also request trip advisor to remove your name with this company

Very bad sevice I did not except from.these kind of hotel... they did not provide nothing no water bottle for drink no bathroom amenities and linen of bed is not fresh one and not a good quality I got horrible experiences from these hotel ..please don't visit that hotel they need only money....

Bad Management and Bad service

This is a terrible place to stay. Photos are deceiving. I request the people who visit these sites not to choose this hotel because the location is terrifying, people are rude and the rooms are tiny, dirty and the bathrooms are unpleasant,and a person can bear these things if the staff is somehow good but look at the man I was having audio of this foolish person but can't upload because I don't want to expose him too much because he is using bad language in that recording.Now I will make u understand what happened actually on 3 Feb as we were having booking from Goibibo on the dates 3 Feb check in and 7 Feb checkout,but when we seen the pics of rooms on the site these seem good but to our surprise the rooms were quite different, So I patiently asked the manager sir the room is very dirty and is not suitable for a person to stay he shouted at me and then I called Goibibo customer care and he cancelled our booking on 4 feb at 7 pm and selected a new hotel for us so we checked out but the manager didn't let us go and quarrelled with us ..used very harsh words ..very bad ..and the man was looking like never bathed from about 1 year and having no experience ..thanks ...suggest u to not go their

° 200m from sakinaka metro station. 
° Rooms are big. 
° Bedsheets were not washed. 
° TV was not working. 
° Water was dripping into the bed from the AC
° They will say complimentary breakfast and charge a huge amount for that too.

awful hotel,  it is more like a hostel.     to start with i asked if they did a pick up from the airport which they said they would and also for a driver to show us the sights of mumbai, it was all arranged and price agreed .    arriving at mumbai no taxi was waiting so i called and was told it was better to arrange my own taxi,  well if they had said they couldnt pick us up it would have been no problem.   we arrive at the hotel which is in the worst dirtiest , shabby and seedy area, to find out they hadnt arranged a driver for us , so had to start looking for a driver which eventually they reception staff did get us.   the hotel room was small not very clean with mildew over the walls.   loud indian music played on and on for hours in the next room and we had a early morning flight the next morning.we asked for an early morning call and help with the luggage down 2 flights of very dangerous stairs and a taxi to the airport,   none of these requests were met ,   the staff were all asleep in the reception area,   worst hotel iv ever stayed in do so at your own risk

terrible avoid like the plaque

Stinky dirty and suffocating room (111) and Noisy room (106). I have never stayed in such a dirty place in my life. At the time of arrival I made the full payment for 2 rooms for 2 nights. When I reached the hotel, the first appearance gave me some doubts but since we reached late and after a very heavy traffic jam, we were tired and did not think much and took the rooms. 
No towels given. Kept on asking till 12:00 midnight but no service given. In morning they came up with some excuses of short staff. 
I was frustrated and finally asked to cancel the second night and refund. After a lot of negotiations, they deducted Rs 1500 Per night per room and refunded us the rest of the money for 1 night. 
Only positive thing I saw was that staff was polite and did not reacted badly when I was bit hard on the poor services offered. They apologised for the poor service offered as well.

Biggest mistake in my hotel selection till date. Please avoid this hotel.

This hotel is close to the road, airport, find free parking easily, good spacious rooms for less than 30 USD.Room equivalent to motel 6 rooms in US. Staff is friendly, excellent wifi internet.I could  not believe to get room at a reasonable price and everything went well, close to the airport. Current they do not have access to pay by credit card at the counter, you can get it only of you book online. Room service at a reasonable price. The area around is not that great , but it is safe. Westerners you can stay here. Expect much better facility than a motel in US with complementary breakfast.Make sure of what you order food and what you get. They have rooms for 3 as well for less than 30 USD.

Small rooms, poor service, issues with ac and water connectivity, no maintenance.

Worst thing about the hotel is the locality. 

Wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
