It is close to CST and that's the best you can say about it.  Room was tiny.  Barely clean.  Bathroom was passable.  It is not expensive, so, one does not expect much from this.  If you just need a place to sleep for one night in a central location and you don't want to pay much, this will work.

Good location, but nothing else good

We had booked a deluxe double sharing room but were given a single person bedroom at terrace. On complaining, they say this is only left and you try to adjust. Why did not they tell this when we booked and why they charged for deluxe double room?

The room was so small with only a very very small window which you cannot open due to  garbage outside. You will feel choked inside the room.Dustbin smells and bathroom is also very small.

Dont go for this hotel as you will find other good hotels at lower price.

Bad stay at this hotel

Normally i won't crticize the service Providers because its hard to satisfy all the customers. But this hotel has to improve a lot in maintenance and the attitude of staff is very poor. They dont even serve a tea if you order. The owner is very polite and kind enough. Better avoid this hotel and try a good one. 

Not worth for pricing..better avoid

From the begining it felt bad, as they made us wait to open the room lock only! Though they had only one more booking after us, the manager was not sure if the room is clean, then they had to search for correct key to open for around half an hour! Then when opend, oh gosh! It is delux room size! 2* hotel like Treebo Pune offers much bigger and much much better facility rooms! They did not provide tea bag or anything like that! The basin was broken, continuous water flow! And then after visiting places while returning there had to battle with cickroach in washroom! It was nightmare! Then the breakfast arrangement, the tables everything so dirty. The cable connection also went off at night! Giving it at least one *only for its staff's well  behavior, otherwise nothing was worthy there!

Till date my worst hotel experience

If you are a first time tourist to India then this may not be the place for you. Spend a little more and stay at somewhere like the Residency.  

Our stay at the PA Residency was OK.  We had a large group with 5 rooms.  They were clean and fairly consistent throughout.  The higher rooms on the top floor are in the roof line and so the walls slope a bit.

The included breakfast was OK as it is small things are cooked to order.

The manager works long hours and is helpful but he lacks support. The other desk staff are personable but lack the ability to handle check-ins and wifi.  

Its big advantage is proximity to the CST station.  But taxis are cheap and plentiful so you may stay further.

It is slightly difficult to find due to confusion on names with other hotels for taxis.  (I.e there are other hotels with the word Residency in their names nearby).  The signage is best from across the road and it is not apparent from street level as the ground floor is an eatery.
