If you want to experience the worst services one can provide on the planet earth book your hotel using OYO. 
1. You book the hotel via OYO, and when the day of check in comes, you will be denied check in quoting multiple reasons.
2. Customer Care service is even more pathetic, they keep your call on hold and disconnect it after few minutes, and you get trapped in a vicious circle of calling them.
So Stay away from OYO, even if you are getting good deal, because the deal is only on the App, it has no relation with reality.

Pathetic experience.
I booked hotel kumar kripa gaya for my parent and paid early to oyo for easy going. Though hotel denied to give checkin in oyo price and asking me more charges. I shared that issue with oyo but didn't get positive response nor my paid charges.
Worthless service, knowledgeless bad behavior of customer executive again zero star.
Oyo making fool to people and looting their money by fake promises.
I recommend everyone, use other services and don't use oyo..never ever.

I want from oyo 180$, I complain over and over again, I did send msgs on twitter, Facebook, all what I get is one phone call saying they will resolve the problem, and then no one calls back or care, my advice as a traveler, and GOD is my witness, OYO is the worst company and they are cheaters and SCAMMERS,

Don’t use any thing goes from oyo

You need a hotel that is under oyo don't make a booking, go straight to the hotel, check ur room then pay cash at the hotel.
Don't book or give ur money to oyo.

I have been using OYO since long time and previously it was working well and had set some standards. But now it’s services are deteriorating. Firstly, they have no legitimate authority over their partner hotels. Secondly, the pictures the show in their app is totally different from reality , the hotel owners themselves criticise OYO . Thirdly , there will be no customer service or helpline to resolve the problem , they will just listen to your problem but won’t take any actions . Fourthly, they want us to pay before to book and when you pay , visit hotel you will realise that your hotel room and services isn’t upto your expectations and upon complaining also they won’t refund your amount . Fifth point of concern, they allow local id entry in hotel but when you find issues and try complaining then there hotel staff will talk rude and also threaten by telling to misuse your id. 
There are so many issues that needs to be covered but due to word limit only specific points I have mentioned .
OYO 8936 Hotel Royal Park, Jaipur has threatened me and my partner to misuse our ID’s, misbehaved with my female partner,cancelled my OYO app booking and took extra Tarrif and also they are hotel goons or mafias in their words, and warned me if made a complaint or write a review or even post their hotel original condition pics; then they will not leave us and threatened to use the cams to blackmail us . 
This is the harsh reality . If anything happens to me or my partner , everyone knows who is responsible for it.

Oyo is the worst app, Fraud !

Worst Experience with OYO.. I booked a hotel named Apple Pie in Noida (Capital O 38857 Apple Pie), for 1400 INR.. They provided us the store room to stay. Dirty toilets, Messy floors, Stained bedsheets.. We refused to stay, and asked for refund.. The OYO guys did not listen to us.. They repeatedly told us of their no refund policy.. I would never ever book a room from OYO again.. Worst app ever.. We had to leave our money,, and pay additional charge for another hotel..

Worst Experience in OYO

I have booked a room through Oyo. I had to cancel it for personal reasons. It had a refund policy and I met all the conditions. But still my refund was not executed. I called several times to the customer care, but yet was in vain. The customer care staff is really very rude especially a guy called Satyam. It is very risky to book through Oyo as u might lose your money. They will not refund your booking amount. Be careful guys.

Worst Customer service

Dear Sir madam
I have a booking check in today 17th Jan 2020 check out 24th Jan 2020. We reach the hotel but you customer service team provided us with an access code for a flat which was already occupied with other family. Every time I call your customer service they asked me to wait and hold for 2 mins and the disconnect the call. I'm standing on the street with my wife and 2 kids in Un safe area. Plzzzzzzzzz help. My kids is crying 

Bad service

Never make mistake to book any Hotel via OYO. These are unprofessional management, No respect of guest. Their property don’t respect to OYO Customer care. Mostly all hotels have some issues with OYO.
I booked my hotel in Chennai Via OYO, I reach from Delhi to Chennai in Night 11:00 pm at hotel . He denied to take check-In, Resone is they have some issues with OYO team. I request him ,pl take check-in , I am with my family. I make multi call to OYO customers care. In end ,In Night 12:00 am , I have to go out with my wife and daughter. It was unsafe and risky.  I have to go another hotel 3 or 4  km far from this property. I have to pay cost to taxi in middle of night .Very very bad experience with OYO. And I heard repeating happen this with all OYO property.

Never Book any OYO Property , It will be a big mistake

Also cockroaches in the bathroom. Hope you have a good night sleep in the hotel room you book. Need I say more? I called fabhotels help line. They have nothing better to say. I called reception, they cannot do anything about it. Please don't book hotel here unless you are looking to spend the night with rats in the room.

OYO should be more serious about these type of hotels, bedsheets, pillow covers seems to be replaced 1 or 2 month back, room and lobby was stinking, rooms service is too late, food quality and presentation is worst.

Not recommended.
