Hotel is very good service is also good staff is very supportive located very near to Meenakshi Amman temple, visited here for darshan with whole family overall it was nice stay and temple is at walkable distance from the hotel

Nice stay

Budget accommodation with good AC near temple. We arrived at 11pm shutters were down and the 6 staff were sleeping on the reception floor. Didn’t get a warm welcome at all, in fact a dirty look. WIFI only worked in reception and was very slow and only available in daytime apparently. Tired room and no towels or bed covers in the room. Cold water in bathroom. Offered tea in the morning which was overpriced and the staff bought from a street seller and offered us a small amount before providing the rest to the hotel staff! Front desk only spoke English when trying to sell us an overpriced tour. 

Cheap but not cheerful!

The hotel is just so and so and the plus point is that it is very close to the Meenakshi Amman Temple. Amenities are good. very close to one of the good veg Restaurant and hotel. Good Ac and the lift also up to date. They may have to up date the room getup. But people are very friendly and ready to help and cooperative. We reached at night 3.00 am But we were received  by them with smile. They also arranged a car for our travel at cheaper rate.

Visit to Madurai

This is a normal hotel with very basics as its a cheaper one. The rooms were just ok as per the money, not so great. The maintenance could have been better. Staff were helpful and friendly though.Food was not that good

Just a normal hotel

We went to the hotel a group of eight friends. The tariff was 300 Rs per head in a room of ten. We arraged the prize and after empty our luggage and take a tea they told us that we have to pay the full room for 10 people. After arguing with them we finally pay all.
But this wasnt all. They bring us a tea and they collect 120 Rs.
After this situation at night we asked them to save our lugagge during the next day in the hotel because we had a train during the night. But the next morning when we gave them the backpacks they told us that we cannot leave the bags there.
In conclusion bad treatment, bad price and they only care about money. Expensive for the service they give

Bad price and bad treatment

Very disappointed.  Sheets were stained and took 3 attempts to get clean ones.  Toilet and bathroom disgusting and room had strong smell of fumes (petrol).  Manager did offer to upgrade room but as these were as dirty as ours so we didn't bother.  Photos on booking.com must have been taken a very long time ago. Very over-priced at 1,100 rupees including 100 'luxury' tax!
