We stayed on the ground floor ..rooms were okay.. but not good for kids as there were steps inside the room. also, the food was served inside the room were not sitting arrangement available, so had to have food on the bed. food was also not hot. all over not so good experience.

This OYO 24175 Flagship Dream Resort is a Small Budget Hotel in the Tungarli area of Lonavala. It cannot be called a Resort under any circumstances. It is a ground plus 2 structure with just 26 rooms but is well constructed and the rooms are fairly spacious and well furnished too, with the corner rooms having 2 balconies each and all others having 1 balcony each, which is good. There is adequate space for Car Parking in the Compound as well. All Rooms have 1 Double Bed & 1 Single Bed to comfortably accommodate 3 persons. The Bathrooms are of good size & have a nice Automatic Gas Geyser in each Bathroom that provides Hot Water 24x7, which is really good. There are Soap, Shampoo & Moisturizer Dispensers in the Bathroom which are good & ensure no wastage. However the maintenance is very poor and OYO has not bothered to check, repair, or service any of the equipment, most of which is not in proper working condition. The swimming pool is very small and it is more like a small pond rather than a pool and you can hardly swim in it. In any case, the filter is not working for the last several months, so it cant be used, as the water is stagnant and dirty. Every room is air-conditioned and equipped with a flat screen TV, Tatasky Satellite and a Mini Fridge, but most of the AC's are not in proper working condition as they have not been checked/serviced and even some of the TV's/satellite connections are not working properly. Most of the mini fridges in the room are also old and a bit corroded and some of them are very noisy too. Many of the switches in the rooms are broken or are dysfunctional. The breakfast has no variety and the taste is also just passable. The furnishings in the rooms are however good, the bathrooms are spacious and fitted with automatic geysers that work very well. The hand-wash, hair/body wash and moisturizer provided in the bathrooms are of good quality and the bed linen, comforters, pillows and towels are of good quality too. The staff are very courteous and obliging are are surely the hotel's biggest asset. All in all, not worth staying at until all the equipment are properly checked and repaired/serviced to ensure that they are in proper working condition, or else you will be inconvenienced and may have to change rooms and/or switch equipment from one room to another to use them. OYO should get this done urgently, as this will otherwise tarnish their good name in the market.

Small Budget Hotel with good location and nice rooms, but very poor maintenance

Best stay.
Its a perfect place for budget weekend getaway with friends/family or with special one.
It's a couple friendly property with parking area, clean swimming pool, Perfect rooms and in house restaurant.

Rooms were clean and spacious.
I booked classic room. It had a queen size bed, extra single bed, 24/7 hot water facility, TV, AC, Minifridge, wifi and balcony.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay.

The service was prompt and courteous 
As per the site they had good rooms good ambience WiFi etc 
To sum up the place is worth visiting again
Their services are good
And worth giving a second visit

Really was an excellent experience here. Staff was very friendly and tasty food. hope to visit again, it was a very special journey. The hotel room where very clean, call up staff available. thank u dream holiday making my trip memorable
