Me and my family stayed in Aajol Village home stay for six days from 17 nov till 22 nov. my family really enjoyed the home and the garden with a beautiful view. It was very homely experience and we liked everything about the Aajol. The owners of the property have planted various trees like Amla, Chiku, Mango, Medicinal plants etc. very diligently. There are also very beautiful flowering plants here.
The caretaker & his family live here. They take care of you just like at home. Breakfast, Tee, Lunch, Dinner (Veg. / nonveg.) are made as per demand & choice. My daughter became very good friends with their little ones. 
This is the first time we have seen Popti (Popti is a traditional get together food party-bbq style) They put different vegetables & vaal shenga (legumes) in a clay pot with masala lounge, put banana leaves and medicinal leaves inside around the pot and close it. The pot is then turned upside down and set on fire with wood on the sides. After a certain time, they are taken out of the pot and the vegetables inside are grown hot. These foods are absolutely delicious. All the process is done in the garden at night in the cold weather. So, we enjoyed a lot. 
Another thing we drank here for the first time was a syrup made from the flowers of Gokarna & Jaswant. Very very testy Sarbat.
Thank you very much Aajol for giving this Unforgettable experience. 
All in all, a Very good experience.
So any guest want to rewind, rejuvenate then head straight to Aajol Village home stay. You will fill relaxed.

Mesmerizing Visit Post Covid to Aajol Village home stay.

This was my first visit out of home post the lockdown, visited with family of 5 for a single half day - Sachin the caretaker ensured all norms of social distancing, provision of hand sanitizer at entry/exit points. Food was absolutely home cooked, mildly spiced and delicious, much better than the grease that is served in hotels. We had a very long talk with the Yogini and Ritesh. Kudos and complements for having firmed their connect with nature.

So, this is the 1st place we went after the relaxation of lockdown and the government allowed 33% occupancy for B&Bs, resorts etc.
This is the 2nd time we visited Aajol.
As expected, the caretaker Sachin and his family took care of us, with all the precautions. He kept optimum distance wearing mask, Had kept sanitizers at entry and exit. And the best part, they take a booking, after one day of any guest checking out.
As usual, the food was awesome. They have Thali system. We have to tell them beforehand the food preferences so that they can accordingly stock. I had ordered a mutton Thali for Lunch and Sukhat thali for dinner. My wife and kid had gone for Egg thali and Veg Thali.
They have a menu for snacks and breakfast which you can check with them.
We went there for 3 reasons
1. Home cooked Food
2. Ambience
3. They have just 2 cottages which is kind of ideal for the current scenario. Less or no crowd.
As it is just an hour away from my place, it's ideal for us for a quick overnight trip.
And yes you can take your alcohol


Second Home ? 

Had an amazing time at Aajol. Yogini and Ritesh made us feel really at home.
The room is big, clean and well maintained. The caretaker Sachin and his family made sure we are comfortable and treated with Amazing food.
Must visit, For a peaceful and relaxing time.
Will visit again during monsoons
And yes made new friends of the owners

exotic location , beatiful property , polite staff , superb experience Out and out a perfect village homestay with a beautiful safe water fall in close vicinity for something to really feel the change for daily chores

Homely stay, beautiful nature, neat and clean rooms, tasty homely food, Nice care taker's support what else you require for family picnic.
We visited in July 19 and enjoyed nearby waterfall. Awesome experience.

Awesome Home stay

This was our second visit to Aajol homestay. This time we came for Ashtavinayak darshan.
On the way to Shri Balaleshwar, Pali temple we remembered this homestay and thought of checking with them.
Same warm hospitality and quick service.
It looked more beautiful than couple of years back.

Second visit to Aajol homestay

Place not Worth spending so much of money.Location good. Needs a major renovation. Lot of space to create good ambience. Even bedroom cots are not maintained. Food is excellent . Care taker is very good person. Enjoyed food and bonfire. 


Not recommended

The place is truly worthwhile to stay from the urban land. Aajol is a blend of our old homes and the mystic surroundings. When we visit our ancestral place the butterflies surrounded with the scent of village mud and flowers. Food is homely with the aroma and mouth relishing local food. Overall a great place to stay.

Aajol - Grandfather's House

We had wonderful stay at Aajol-The Village Homestay. 
After a tiring day at Imagica, we had a comfortable night stay at Aajol. The food was delicious and as per our choice and selection. Dinner menu included Chapati/ Bhakri, Chicken (sukha+gravy), veg. Kaalaya vaatanya chi usal, etc. There was an open dining area where we could stretch ourselves and enjoy the dinner.
The climate was excellent and we had a peaceful night.
Morning we all woke up early by sunrise to breath fresh air. There was greenery all around which included tea leaves too. Morning started with herbal tea followed by the tasty Misal/ Omelette pav :)  and regular tea, coffee, milk as well.
Comparing the facilities provided, it is by far the most economical stay we had in past few years. There is absolutely no complaint about anything being not available. It was a very good decision to stay overnight at Aajol rather than travelling to Mumbai in the evening and spending my daughter's birthday in the traffic. 
We have already planned minimum 2 night's at Aajol and visit the 2 Ashtavinayak Ganaapti (Pali and Mahad) near Khopoli. 
Finally to summarize, best place to spend your time far away from pollution, close to nature and have your own privacy. A very scenic place to spend quiet time with your family away from the hectic city life and social network,
