The photos on the web were clicked may be during inauguration of the hotel, the reality is far from those photos. 
Super unhygienic place, highly casual attitude of reception staff, all staff members seems to be enjoying their time and money except service to customers.

This hotel is not maintained at all from decade. 

DONOT BOOK THIS HOTEL: Check real photos before booking and save yourself

One of the worst stay of my life, this hotel don’t even deserve one star, truth is that this hotel owner and staff are planned cheaters, they trap people who come to Vaishnodevi temple by arranging cabs and other services.

Family must avoid this hotel, irctc or even any Dharamshala is better than this, smelly bed sheets, no proper hot water supply, worst third grade breakfast, only believes in cheating.

Worst hotel in Katra

Modest hotel, but great staff
Restaurant also modest, but good food
Importantly, the room given to us had view of the Shrine mountain - and we were overjoyed.
Hotel is also a walking distance from market, we visited market a couple of times.

22nd to 24th May visit

Mr.Bishnoi is very kind person and staff is very co operative only food variety should be there. Rooms and management is good only food quality should improve. Hotel is bit out of central area(circle)🙏🏻Jai Mata Di 🙏🏻

i have booked this hotel in  January 2021, and January 2020, my stay was excellent. now they have new management New Owner  Mr AMAN is a very co-operative person he personally look after all the guest,

Prefect Location , with specious room 24 hrs hot water , on call room service , pick up drop is very panctual.

i prefer to stay again in this hotel as i am visiting katra very year. since 2005.

It is a really nice hotel as it has comfortable rooms with also family rooms available which have double beds. 
There is no issue of water as hot water is available 24×7 and they also provide free pick and drop services to helipad and barh ganga.

Amazing

Location of the hotel is near market. The view of vaishno devi hill from balcony is awesome. Staff members are co-operative. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The food service is amazing. 
In short i love the experience in hotel. 

Experience

Location is perfect no problem near to Railway Station. The property is beautiful with amenities. And very clean and well maintained. Staff is very helpful .Rooms are big and clean. Quick room service. Food at the restaurant is nice at reasonable rates .

Nice stay

Staff was excellent, they made everything go very smoothly when we arrived and departed, rooms were very cozy and most important thing, everyone was very caring and thoughtful to insure that you are enjoying your stay.

Excellent service

Great room service and really helpful staff. Cozy rooms and comfortable stay. The Hotel is really close the Railway Station, Main Katra Market and the Bus Stand as well.  24 hours Power back up, and a well maintained Restaurant in-house.
