53 reviewsLet me tell you my entire experience. I visited this hotel for two nights and checked out this morning. First of all if you are required to stay with the best location, services and food this is the place to be. Location - not too far from the city, railway station and on the main road. Services+ travelled with my family including two two toddlers. From entering into the hotel, smooth check in, excellent services were provided. The hotel has been maintained by Mr. Sandeep and Mr. Das both of them are veterans of the hospitality industry and also have a keen attention to detail about each of the properties which are next to each other. Reception desk Deepak has been very helpful as well as Kaushal in room service. Food - we tried buffet and we were happily say that this buffet was good from some of the best food preperation on Delhi too in comparison. Somehow the amount of dedication in the team and how motivated they are shows the enthusiasm of each of the guests who were walking into the hotel. Gem of the place and i must recommend to stay there if you are traveling to Jalandhar.
