One of the worst hotel which lead to our Darjeeling trip a nightmare. At the end we just wanted to get out of this nasty hotel atvthe earliest. Booked the rooms at exorbitant price, hoping to have a luxurious experience. To our utmost disbelief rooms were pathetic. Tvs were broken, and none of our 3 rooms had tata sky recharged. The staff went on hunting for tata sky box which works in other vaccant room and found none. They simply said the owner recharges and he is not doing it now. Geysers dont work properly leaving us with no hot water frequently. Changed 3 rooms in 3 days. Will never ever visit this s****y hotel again. Please avoid at any cost.

Worst Hotel 

This is a scam. People who have booked Sanderling resort and spa are conned into booking this hotel. Although it's not far from Mall road, it is on a narrow dirty road smelling of drain. The room sizes are smallish, but very stuffy with no view at all. Tourists must never book this hotel. We had booked suite rooms at Sanderling resort and spa at high rates, but our booking was directed unilaterally to this hotel, which is 3rd class. We found out, during our stay in Darjeeling, that at least 3 other families were conned the same way

Hotel is very good and staff behaviour is extremely good. Kichen staff namely Mr prabhat was very good. Location wise very good.it was near to Mall road. I visited Darjeeling on 21st December and we spend 25 over there and the church beside the hotel was very good.

Excellent service..very courteous staff. Especially we thank Mr Chandan, Mr Sohail, Mr Raja and Mr Saleem who have looked in to all the required facilities like food, cleanliness of the room, arranging the conveyance for the places like Kalimpong, Miric and local Darjeeling town.
We are fully satisfied and would like to stay here only during our next visit to Darjeeling.

Exceptionally good hotel with awesome food and courteous staff.

Good n clean Place to stay for holiday and also food is awesome the staff are very helpfull and also the Reception desk officer Suraj , prayasna and helping staff Sohail , Alam, Sanjay, Salim all are helpfull  I would request to  every one when u visit Darjeeling pls book ur above hotel at HD Lama Road

Best place to stay on Holiday

First room given had pillars in bedroom, phone wasn't working, paint peeling off, bathroom not upto the mark. Room change was given after insisting which was  though spacious with better bathroom, seemed under construction. Final paint touch up pending, wires hanging, no phone, no set top box for tv, work station doesnot have plug point easily accessible on top. Bedsheets and pilow covers are soiled. No air conditioning. Polish smell persists which makes it difficult to breathe. Sink knob isn't fixed well and came in hand. After all this only requested to provide phone and set top box which was straight away denied. Booking engine goibibo isn't ready to record complaints due to god knows what issue.

Worst, wanted to change hotel now itself even though the booking is non refundable, but rains held me back

Poor service, even basic amenities like bathroom slippers are lacking. 

Cheap soap, shampoo form the bathroom toiletories. The entrance is dirty and is a steep climb. No complimentary breakfast.

Bed quality is good but rooms lack any view and the hotel is not accessible by vehicle.

Not a good choice. 

Avoid this property if you dont wish to spoil your holiday.

The Hotel was Good  I had a great stay that offers excellent five-star service. Everything from the service to the rooms and staff were amazing. The hotel is the best in the city with genuinely warm, polite and diligent staff.The food is great with a variety of cuisines cooked authentically to original tastes.Nice and clean Rooms and Washrooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel for it's well trained staff, modern ambience and good food.

Very Good property at around 600 mtrs from the famous Chowrasta. It's a new property with very clean and spacious rooms and washrooms. The food had limited menu in the restaurant. However food was tasty and Service by this guy named Tshering was excellent. They also have a Spa. The Spa Therapy was good. Overall an excellent property.

Quiet.. clean.. Peaceful 
Rooms are specious.. 24 hours hot shower .. good beddings.. power points has to be improved.. fantastic view of mountains and Darjeeling city. Easy access banks, ATMs, restaurant, hospital. Good place for family.
