we ( myself husband and grand daughter) booked the guest house through booking.com for I think 7 nights ok the room we stayed in was a huge room with 2 large beds a working kitchen, shower with 24x7 hot water and toilet It wasn't air con but the fans were more than efficient early January as the nights are quite cool, maybe come mid February you may need air con The sheets and towels were changed regularly same as the room cleaning To the beach there is 2 ways walking to the beach the long way which we were doing or the short cut when Nora the owner kindly took us the short cut takes 15 to 20 mins walk but its a really nice walk 90% shaded and walking by you'll see water buffalo and peacocks along with some wonderful goan houses once at the beach (sernabatim ) you'll see around 6 beach shacks all spread out its so peacefull beautiful sand which goes on for miles Like I said we booked for 7 nights with intention's of travelling to other areas of Goa That was changed after just a few days there and we decided on booking another 7 days as we found the perfect place This is not the holiday inn so don't expect it to be > What the guest house is is a wonderful family run place that I certainly will be booking for 2019 A few things I haven't mentioned is the large balcony with table and chairs so with the help of the working kitchen we actually stayed in 2 nights of our 14 and had salad with my English chedder and boiled eggs oh and the bread man comes by every day as does the milk man Bread is excellent oh and yes large fridge with freezer is also in the room I had to ask for extra storage as we had so much clothing but that was sorted the very next day There is a pub called ma mickeys opposite and colva beach for night life and restaurants is a 5 min rickshaw journey away and they go by the guest house very regular Thank you Sharon
