Very well located resort. The spa complex is just a few steps away and restaurants are just a few minutes ’walk away. It should be noted that very discounted tickets for the huge wellness area of ​​the Mendan Hotel next to the resort can be purchased at the resort’s reception. The discount applies to all hotel services and the restaurant.
The resort itself is rather poor, it does not reach the standard of Interval resorts. The original timeshare apartment was very musty, smelled bad but was replaced on request. The equipments of the room is infinitely simple and worn out. There are stains on the sofa and carpet. The bathroom equipment is old and incomplete, rust stained. The painting of walls is old, in some places the paint layer falls off. Dust remained on the carpet for several days after the maintenance in the hallway.
I can only recommend the resort to those with modest accommodation needs and preferring to focus on local activities.
During and after the pandemic, there would have been time to maintain and paint the apartments, but this did not happen in your resort.

Accommodation for travelers with modest needs

Do not go if you don’t speak Hungarian.No way of communicating with the reception staff .Luckily I’m good with sign language..I wanted to use the spa at the Mendan magic spa hotel next door but it was impossible,no matter how much I was willing to pay.The apartment was small but acceptable .Close to the famous Helviz spa .The indoor pool is very small and crowded.So only go if you speak Hungarian or at least German.Even the room instructions were only in Hungarian.

Disaster

This is the worst place I have ever visited.  The kitchen counter had mold, the paint was peeling off the ceiling, the air was dirty, the towels were worn out, the internet service was always dropping off.  I urge you not to go there.  We asked to change to another room and we were turn down.
