Overall we were satisfied. However there are some thing that need upgrading. The hotel needs a renovation. It feels a little bit agey.

O would totally recomment to someone who will spend all day in the baths and come only to sleep and eat breakfast. If you want more luxurious hotel, try something else.

Very friendly place. Room is clean, quiet and wifi is strong enough. There are many parking place before the building. The staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The hotel is in a very good location.

Nice place, good location

Accidentally visited the bar of the hotel last week. I just wanted to buy a can of drink for take away. When i paid for the drink the tip (10 %) went on the price straight away. I asked the hotel staff to remove it but she said its not possible.( she was not friendly at all) I got really angry because the tip or service charge never compulsory. ( not in other country for sure) By the way on the bill it came up as tip not as service charge. I don’t wanna pay tip on a take away drink. 
I got very disappointed. Worst experience in Hungary so far this year.
I would not go back again for sure.

Very disappointing

We stayed for 4 days and had quite a varied experience. The hotel was nice and clean. The food was sometimes great but sometimes terrible, and for the price I'd have expected a constant good quality. The massage was fantastic, and it was also relaxing to sit in the jakuzzi and the sauna of the hotel. The staff consisted of very kind and helpful people but also some very unpleasant ones. During our first breakfast a Hungarian talk show was on the radio containing disgusting jokes, so I asked the receptionist if the following day we could listen to something else. She said that her colleague liked this show very much, so we might have to fight over it, but we should give it a try. (I think a proper answer would be: "I'm really sorry and I'll make sure the next day you can listen to something else.") The next morning the same show was on, and after presenting a song with farting sounds, I asked the waitress to change the channel, she said that the other channels came in bad quality, so she wouldn't change it. I suggested some other solutions for which she replied that just because two people don't like it, she won't change it. I then talked to the manager who also said that this was the only channel in good quality and it was just a matter of taste... I told him that I wouldn't want to have another breakfast listening to disgusting jokes, so he finally agreed to try to solve the problem, and on the third day we listened to a music album. It's hard to believe that I had to fight (for two days with three people) for such a trivial thing.

Mixture of very nice and very unpleasant staff

We stayed two nights for a long weekend. Booking in advance was easy. The room was small, but fine for a few nights. Everything was neet and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Arranging extra services were seamlessly arranged by the receptionist. The restaurant was nice and the food portions were huge and very tasty. The hotel has a hotthub and sauna which was heated up upon request in advance. Parking is not free. The cave bath is two minutes from the hotel but still the area is calm and quite.
