We had a very nice stay at Stamatia apartments for 3 weeks. Excellent apartment with a large balcony including everything you need, very bright and spacious, and a few steps from the sea. And Asprovalta is a great town for a relaxing holiday with the family.

Great apartment, clean like new.We were in a superior apartment. Enough room for two adaults and a kid
 About 100 metars from the beach,supermarket near apartment,pharmacy also. Owner is a great woman,kind. Recomendation.

I think Stamatia Apartaments is the best chooise for your vacantion in Asprovalta, Greece.
Is very close to beach, and it have a lot of restaurant and tavern with good food near apartaments.


Cleanliness and comfort are at the highest level. The distance from the sea is not great. City noise is not heard due to the good isolation of the accommodation. Everything is new from the furniture. the hosts are hospitable.

I stayed here for the second year in a row (that's right, in another apartment in the building next door). Everything was as expected. The apartment is close to the beach, it is equipped with everything you need for a successful vacation, and the owner is great. Let's not forget the possibility to park in a private yard right across the street from the house.

Excellent position, close to the beach but also to the shops and restaurants. Big and clean apartment with a fantastic terrace. Bread & Cookie shop at 2 minutes walk. Parking place included ( in a close area).

Big, very clean, very close to the center apartment, the central beach is at a walking distance. The owner, Stamatia, is very nice. Everything was new. Big balcony. We are with two kids and recommend this place for a family vacation.

Stamatia's elegant apartments are a great choice for a family of four.  Good location, close to the beach and to the shops. Very important, we could find easy a parking place for our car.
The apartment was nicely decorated, very clean, equipped with everything we needed. 


It was awesome! Near to the beach, quiet, good internet for working remotely… Very clean and comfy. And Stamatia is really amazing host! She even gave us a present in a shape of home made orange jam when we were heading home :) 

The accommodation is clean and tidy, nicely decorated. It is located in the city center, excellent location. Secured parking next to the building.The owner is very kind. Excellent accommodation, recommended.
