A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to sign a document ensuring that they will leave the property in the same condition they received it. Otherwise, they will have to pay for any possible damage.
