I recommend this hotel with whole my heart. Great, helpfull, kind, friendly stuff all day, begining with Super Lady at breakfasts, and ending our stay with unforgetable A. 💙Hotel is very clean and cosy. It has good vibe. There is REAL swimming pool)))

More than nice hotel

We have been to the Sunrise Hotel several times and we had always  a great time. This year for important personal reasons we had to cancel the reservation. 

Immediately we received a lot of attention, prompt responses and especially  a lot of kindness. 

Thank you so much for all the attention that you have given us.

Recommended for great seriousness.

Great professionality,   prompt responses and great customer care

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is beautiful and quaint. Breakfasts are very nice and their Greek yoghurt, the best. The location was fantastic, so easy to get everywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Santorini. Very good value.

Beautiful quaint hotel

Excellent time at this hotel. Great staff, beautiful pool, access to the beach and they make you feel at home! The food was delicious and breakfast in the morning was delightful. The view is beautiful and cost of this location is impressive.

Well we arrived in Santorini not knowing what to expect as it was a 2 star rating

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of staff, and the time they took to explain area highlights...breatfast was good, with variety.

The room, clean and tidy....a/c if we needed it.

Wonderful hotel just off the centre of Fira. Easy to walk into the main square for restaurants, shopping, drinks etc. very helpful staff - Alex on arrival was extremely knowledgeable and able to provide tips for the stay in Santorini. Rooms are clean and spacious. Smaller bathroom but not a problem for us. Balcony on our room. Aircon too. Pool is a great spot to relax by. Simple breakfast each morning. Would recommend

Great hotel

They really went out of their way to assist us. Unfortunately, a member of our family had an accident in Fira (not in the hotel), and they were more than happy to assist in any way possible. They also did a surprise birthday cake for breakfast which was a really nice touch. Thank you for making our stay so special. General hotel is also great, with a really nice pool area. 

Great hotel, with amazing staff in a good location

We had a fabulous time here at this lovely hotel. The wonderful family owners made our stay extra special, they were super friendly!
In our poolside room verything was perfect from the comfy beds, to the good Wi-Fi.
The sunny pool side loungers were very comfy too. Breakfast was amazing with a comprehensive choice.

Wonderful 4 days!

We had a great 4 night stay at the Sunrise, from an excellent welcome by Alexander who gave  us a very comprehensive talk about the Island with a map, to  Elena  welcoming us at breakfast who always had a lovely smile.
This is a great family run hotel who go out of their way to welcome you and help you enjoy your stay.
Our rooms were also very comfortable, great housekeeping and we were very lucky as our balconies opened up on the pool area.
Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It was also close to the bus station and a short stroll from the main area.

Great stay at the Sunrise.

You can never be too sure what a hotel you have never stayed at before is going to be like but be in no doubt that this is an excellent choice for travellers when visiting this beautiful island. It is a family run hotel and is supremely clean and well appointed with a wide range of excellent fresh items available at breakfast. There is always something home made available at breakfast too and is always the item you must have on your diet ! The family themselves are fully hands on and are all wonderfully friendly and kind people.
A lovely sun trap pool area to relax alongside also makes the stay everything you want.
There is a small bar with a small selection of drinks available 24 hrs but as the hotel is just near enough to enjoy all that Thirra has to offer yet far enough to be quiet, you end up enjoying the many bars  in town.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and anyone who visits santorini and hope to return one day.
