I stayed in Meropi rooms in June and it was everything I hoped for. The room was large and spotless, the bathroom was modern and clean and the price was very good. The room had a small balcony with a great sea view. There's a shortcut down to the port (down stairs) and you'll be in the port in a couple of minutes. It's quite steep going up and down (in case you are not good on your feet). I ate in Meropi restaurant also and the food was really good and not expensive. There's a gorgeous little bakery just at the end of the stairs so you can pop down and get your breakfast pastries there. Small mini mart very near too. Beautiful clear waters to swim in just to the right of the port. The owner was very friendly and hospitable and left a little cake in my room. When you are leaving you have to walk less than 10 minutes to your ferry. It's a perfect spot!

Fantastic!

My husband and I were so happy here. Our favourite spot was the cool undercover balcony. Gorgeous bay views, the best location a stone's throw from the ferry port, restaurants, the bus stop and the beach and sparkling clean. The interior looks newly painted and brand new. Everything works. The shower has good pressure. Nothing is tacky. Maria is an excellent, friendly host and even left us some home baked cake. In fact, now that I'm in Santorini I wish I was still in this stunning Sifnos apartment.

Best location, beautiful bay views, and a brand new interior

Sifnos is one of those magical Greek islands where locals go out of their way to assist visitors have a wonderful Greek holiday experience. Meropi Rooms have a view of the port for ferry watching and sunset drinks on the balcony. The owners have ensured that their budget rooms are comfortable for their guests. They are nicely painted and welcoming. You can have some meals in, as there is a fridge, tables and chairs (inside and on the balcony), a kettle and a few meal preparation items. Enjoyed our stay at Meropi rooms. Wish to thank the owners for their hospitality and for fitting us in at short notice. Port pick up and drop off included as a service by the owners.

Wonderful Greek holiday experience

Very friendly owners, who pick us up/left us at the boat. In our room we had a nice cosy room with airco and a small fridge.

The rooms cleaned every day. 

We had a great experience and will definitely go back. 

The only downside was the WiFi speed and connection, which not always worked properly.

Friendly, clean, location, price

We stayed at Meropi rooms for 5 nights and definitely we will go back there again. The room was big and clean. The owners are friendly nice couple who live upstairs.
The location of the hotel is very close to the center of the town and the harbour. 
Down sides; slow WiFi, maybe not enough hot water to shower for 2 people after each other (but that is not a big problem in the summer time). The bathroom looked new and was very clean and comfortable.
