We stayed in the Takis Apartments in August 2023 and can't speak highly enough of our experience.

Christiana is a wonderful host, so kind and accommodating. The pool area was spotless and very peaceful, some days we had it to ourselves. The children had a ball. 

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped with two large terraces on either side, with a partial sea view on one side and pool view on the other. 

The apartment was cleaned every two days which was lovely. This is a very peaceful complex within short walking distance of beaches, Canal d'Amour and a variety of restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.  

Wonderful peaceful holiday 

Just returned from our stay in sidari and have to give a shout out to takis apartments just down the track opposite 50/50 after a lovely warm welcome  by christiana on arrival I can honestly say nothing is to much bother for her and she will try and solve anything as quickly as possible bedding and towels change every other day if not every day beautiful little complex and I have no hesitation in recommending these apartments

Fantastic place to stay

This was our second time staying in Sidari but the first staying at Takis. 

The owner is a lovely, welcoming lady who was keen to ensure all was running smoothly for your holiday.

The grounds are spotless and well kept and the rooms, though dated are clean, well arranged and good sizes. The pool and surrounding areas are large and spacious and there never appeared to be any shortage of sunbeds.

Location is perfect, just a few mins walk from everything and a supermarket practically on your doorstep.

The room was cleaned a few times during our 10 night stay and that saw us receive a few sets of clean towels in that time.

The only down side for us was the lack of quality sleep. The beds were abit too firm for us and with only 1 pillow each it was fairly uncomfortable but not the end of the world. The lack of soundproofing within the apartment block, however, was a real issue for us. Our sleep was regularly interrupted by even just the movement of a dining chair. You could even hear the guests next door using an electrical socket. As a family with a young child we would return most nights by midnight and would regularly be woken by others returning later in the early hours, one night we were regularly woken until 4am.

Whilst this is no one's fault it did become an issue that went on to effect the quality of our holiday and that is the only reason why we've not given 5 stars.

Another great stay in Sidari

Third time to this gem of apartments. Christiana the owner is a lovely lady who goes out of her way to make your holiday memorable. Small complex which is good as there is plenty of space at loungers and in the pool for everyone. Rooms are spacious and although the bed is a bit hard for me it is comfortable and has everything you need when holidaying self catering. 
Not far from the strip about a 5/10 minute walk away with lots of lovely restaurants nearby to try if you can't be bothered walking to the centre. 
A shop right at the end of the lane that has all your daily essentials. 
Will definitely be back next year.

Lovely apartment

We stayed in a flat with two large rooms. Everything very clean and with the basics you need. The owner, Christiana, was very nice. The pool is great and the kids certainly enjoyed it. Very well located. Definitely recommendable.

Very nice experience

Great location for a quiet and chilled holiday. Great pool and most days had it to ourselves. Drinks and toasties at bar same price as everywhere else. Rooms and pool area are kept spotlessly clean. Kitchen area with small hob, microwave and toaster. Beds are firm just the way we like them. Mosquito nets on beds. Aircon available and good WiFi.  
Less than 5 minutes to Canal D'Amour area or 5mins to the main strip in Sidari. Christiana is a lovely host and most definately would stay here again and recommend for a quieter location.

Perfect for a quiet and chilled holiday.

All rooms offer a view of the pool and green surroundings. It is located in a peaceful and quiet location. The host Cristiana is helpful, kind and nice. The apartment in which there were 5 of us is large, spacious and clean. I recommend it to everyone who likes a quiet vacation.

Apartment superior

We stayed at Takis for 8 nights in June. The host Christiana was very attentive and friendly from arrival through to departure. 

Room was cleaned 3/4 times through out our stay which was great. Mosquito net was very appreciated!

Pool area was large with plenty of sunbeds!

Location is brilliant as you are in the middle of everything but set back from the busy street.

The perfect location for seeing Sidari

Spent 4 nights at Takis & Efi.  On arrival Mya was standing waiting for us to get off the bus, she showed us to our 2 bedroom apartment and explained that due to covid the pool/snack bar wasn't open.  Owner of the apartments hadn't told her that we were bed and breakfast so each morning she made us a full english, she was a wee gem.  Apartment was very spacious with a large kitchen with kettle, fridge, mini oven and 2 cooking rings, there was also plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses and kitchen utensils. Bathroom was a good size with the usual shower, toilet and wash hand basin.  Bedrooms were also a good size, one room had a double bed and the other had 2 single beds.  Lovely french doors at each bedroom opened out onto a terrace the full length of the apartment and had shutters to close at night.  
The shops, bars and restaurants were about a 10 minute stroll away from the apartments.
All in all we had a brilliant time, massive thank you to Mya you should be very proud of yourself.
The only dampner was the weather on the last 2 days.  Torrential rain, lightening and thunder that ive never heard so loud in my life (poor Mya stood out in the rain stacking the sunbeds as we were the last guests to leave)

Nice chilled break

Me and my husband have just returned from a week's stay in the Takis & Efi. Firstly, we need to say a huge thank you to Mya. The lady really is a credit to the place and does every job in the place and is very warm and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The apartments themselves are very clean and tidy and cleaned very regularly by Mya. They are dated and could do with an update but it's only a place to sleep and get dressed so people moaning on here shouldn't expect a Savoy hotel at cheaper than Travelodge prices. The apartments are about a 10 minute walk from the main part of the strip and beaches and are close enough to walk but not too close for noise if you like a quiet area. 

The pool area was very clean and tidy and due to Covid the bar was closed but that's ok because there is a supermarket pretty much opposite with plenty to choose from. The pool itself was very clean but freezing. Whilst chilling by the pool you have the lovely view of the hill behind and watching the eagles flying above. 

These are apartments are lovely and very quiet and ideal for relaxing break. I don't have any photos as I lost my phone in the sea out there and I have a walk around video that TripAdvisor won't let me upload.
