Absolutely wonderful stay in room 11! The room was fantastic. The service was the best we’ve had. Staff were kind, warm, gracious and welcoming especially with our children. Would return no questions asked! Thank you for making Santorini a memorable and wonderful experience!

Trip of a lifetime

We had a mini break here and absolutely had a dream stay in room 7! It was spotlessly clean, totally private and steps (STEPS plural it’s Santorini) away from the main town Centre 

The staff were all amazing from check in to breakfast to cleaning 

They even knocked the door with champagne on our last night and said happy birthday to me!

The place exceeded our expectations. it's excellent. The attention and disposition of the staff is unmatched. The view of the sea could not be better as the best sunset can be seen from the hotel without congestion. it is perfect! I would return without hesitation!

Awesome place, view and location. Best location to stay at Oia if you are after the magical sunset. Walking distance to all shops in Oia. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. 
We stayed as a family and had an awesome and rememberable stay.

Incredible menu - priceless views too.  Harbor just below made for great visuals.  Perfect location. Follow your servers recommendations.  Drink menu was excellent. Tried mojito and margaritas . Sea bass was fantastic. This is a must do! Can’t miss.

Do not miss this!

We enjoyed our stay at Fanari Villas! The view of the sunset from our outdoor patio was priceless! The authentic cave style of the villa allowed us to immerse into Santorini culture💙🤍 We got there during some strong cold winds so were not able to utilize the outdoor refreshing whirlpool but still got to enjoy the views from multiple spots on our patio and terrace! The location was great to walk right into the town of Oia through a path of multiple stair alleyways. 

The  Fanari team completely enhanced our fond memories of Santorini. Costas was a warm welcome and helped answer many of our questions. Rina was always friendly and helpful and even gave us a wonderful suggestions for one of our day adventures. We greatly appreciate that as we would not have found that spot without her recommendation! Katarina and Vladimire where also kind and knowledgeable each time we interacted with them! I missed getting the name of the waiter that served us our front row sunset dinner but he was great and also took a picture for us right at sunset!

We enjoyed being spoiled with breakfast in our villa one morning and enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the restaurant the other mornings. The breakfasts and dinners we had were all fantastic.  I was excited to surprise my husband with the additional package add-on of fresh flowers, fruits, chocolates and champagne when we arrived. It's not something I usually do so it was really a fun treat and Fanari did not disappoint with that addition! We even had rose petals on the floor in the villa when we got there! They also added some extra fabulous Santorini love to all that luxury🍷.

We were there in the middle of November and although the winds and rain did limit some of our activity choices, the crowds were minimal and there were plenty of shops and restaurants still open. We would choose this way every time.

We had a great time!

This is only 21 suites hotel. Excellent service and smiling staff. We are 4 couples, each has room with a terrace having the best view in Santorini. From our terrace, every evening we can enjoy perfect sunset. The restaurant is nicely located serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food quality is very very good. In front office Constantino and Katrina are efficiently and happily handling customers. In restaurant Rina is providing wonderful service.

There are too many steps for reaching to all rooms. If you have some physical limitations, kindly consider this aspect.

Beautiful Hotel

My husband and I visited Santorini for one week and after our first night in Oia we noticed this beautiful hotel and immediately booked a suite for the remainder of our vacation.  

The location of this hotel is simply the best in the whole of Santorini if you want to enjoy the famous sunset from your terrace in privacy. The hotel is placed on the west facing mountain side in the cozy and unique town square f Oia

The very best part of staying at this hotel is the kindness and hospitality of the staff and the high service level at hotel. Serving breakfast at our private terrace, providing sightseeing tips and arrangements, and always thinking one step ahead to make our vacation in paradise special. We can only recommend this place to everyone who wants the very best.

Best sunset view in Santorini

I visited with a friend and my two daughters, we we loved our rooms and view, we had perfect sunset views that everyone else was crowding the tiny streets to see. Service was great too, we needed a doctor as soon as we arrived abd the staff called one immediately and checked on us through the day. The two complaints I do have is first, the transfer company they booked for us from the port was outrageously expensive, like almost 100 euro more than necessary. Transfer services/taxis across the islands have been crazy expensive (40 euro for a 15 min ride) and while we expected expensive and maybe even a little higher since it’s Santorini we paid 140 euro for a 30 min drive. I recommend not having Fanari book your transfer there are plenty of options as soon as you get off the ferry. My second complaint is we checked out on a Wednesday today is the Saturday after our checkout and I’ve received two messages from thrn asking me to review, I’m still on vacation and it’s very annoying to be bothered two times in as many days for a review.

Unbeatable sunset view

Booked this place for the famous Oia Sunset. Things started going wrong from the get go. There are two parkings in Oia and we reached the other one since it was never clarified when we checked with them. When we called them to get someone to help us with the luggage, they could not just understand where we were and we had to drag our luggage to the hotel on hundreds of stairs.
Tired but still looking forward we got to the reception and got no welcome drinks or even water offered when we were literally sweating! So much for hospitality!
We got to the room (which is nice plus complimentary wine) and wanted to just lounge n watch sunset and relax for the day but the AC started leaking! Wow, kept towels underneath it to stop flooding cz it took a couple of calls to get someone to look at it!
They could not fix it and offered us another room which is right next to hotel restaurant - so a noisy room that offers 0 privacy! A quick 'sorry' and then a 'that's the best we can offer' for a room downgrade (in our eyes) is all they offered! 
We had to move, obviously! So basically we spent big bucks for an utterly terrible experience!
Book somewhere else cz they don't know anything about hospitality!
