Rooms in villa Johanna were very clean, with a lot of space. We were in the third house in the complex (when you walk from the main road to Johanna). It's on a little hill which really isn't very high but after a long day of swimming it looks like the highest mountain ever! :) We were very satisfied. The price was great too.

We do not recommend this hotel, there are better places in Parga.

Good position and friendly staff

No reason for anyone to visit this place, Parga has lots of nice places with same or even cheaper price with better location etc. 
After first night I wanted to get out of this place because it was dirty and the toilet had very awful smell. Water from shower was really cold and the toilet is all wet after showering because there is no curtains. Internet didn't work as well and all kitchen supplies were very poor. Owner told me that I have to pay for full week if I want to leave, because the internet reservation company says so, told me the company doesn't want to lose money. It turned out two days later,when I called the company, that it was all a lie. The owner lied to me because he only wanted to get all of the money. I was stuck at this place for whole week. Luckily Parga was very nice place so I avoided being at this place, only to change clothes and sleep.

After first night I went to see many hotels and B&B places and they were lot better...amazing sea views, good customer service, clean rooms, balcony to the sea etc. and the same price or even less... So don't go to this place! Parga is really worth a visit but Villa Johanna isn't.
