Arrived in Mykonos, intending to get a ferry to Syros the same day, but no boats due to the wind. Found Germanos Studios on the Web. Katerina replied very quickly and picked us up from the new port. Our room (6) exceeded our expectations - King sized double bed plus a single, and all mod cons. A 15 minute walk downhill to the front and either a bus or 10 euro taxi back. And Katerina drove us back to the port the next morning. All at a very reasonable price by Mykonos standards. Thank you.

Came to our rescue

Views from the balcony are astounding, the apartment has very good value for the price. The towels were changed and room cleaned everyday. The manager Katerina offered free transfer on arrival and departure, which is definitely a bonus. Would come back with no hesitation!

Great stay in Mykonos for a very reasonable price!

We have just spent a weekend at Germanos Studios. Studio no 1 at the corner gives you from one side a panoramic view on the city, port and other islands, from the other sense of privacy. Having a dinner at the sunset on a balcony there it's an incredible experience. Owners Katherina and her father takes care of you like on a family member. Everything outside and inside is really clean. We are so grateful the owners  for creating such a place.

Incredible view from a special place and atmosphere created by unique owners

During September we stayed at Germanos Studios for 10 days in apartment 2 (bottom level). Would firstly like to say that Katarina is an awesome host who operates a well run, clean & tidy establishment. We will have no hesitation booking here again next year! Our room had a terrace with a beautiful sunset view over Mykonos Town, double bed, kitchenette, private bathroom & free digital lock safe. Free parking & strong free WiFi. No pool, but who cares when you go to swim in the Med every day! Less than 10 minutes walk gets you into the hustle & bustle of the old town. We have been to the island several times staying is various places and can say without a shadow of a doubt that for the price this one is tops!!!

Awesome place with great view!

This places is not in the main area of town, but that is a good thing! It is up a hill overlooking the entire city. Beautiful view and there are nice seats to sit and enjoy it. You definitely need to be okay with walking if you stay here. Either that, or pay for a taxi. The family who owns it is so nice and picks you up for arrival and departure. You also could tell the room was cleaned well everyday. Great, affordable place to stay!

Good location with an amazing view

They picked me from ferry dock and drop me the airport at 5 am in the morning. Owners were quite helpful in all respect. I really like the rooms, The only think can be concern for people having difficult walking steps as you need to walk down 15 minutes from cliff to the city. For us its fine even we have family of 1 child  6 years.

Nice and comfortable stay

Great place for holidays! Very clean apartments, amazing view ! Friendly and helpful Host! He picked us up from airport and also he gave us a lift on The way back !

From pick up at the port to drop off at the airport, this was by far our best experience.
We had their smallest studio but it was still spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
The view is amazing. 
The family that run the place are friendly, relaxed and helpful.
A short stroll down the hill to the town, short walk up to the supermarket and our pick of the local restaurants even closer.
If you're looking for a bit of peace, a great view that's close enough to get stuck in but far enough out to get away from it, look no further!
If we return to Mykonos, we will definitely be staying here.

Excellent experience from start to finish. This was a last minute 2 night booking based on good TripAdvisor reviews. You have to remember these are small self catering studios, not a big hotel, so don't expect big hotel facilities. However, if you want a clean functional room with an amazing view over Mykonos, this is the place to go.  The rooms do come with towels, toiletries, daily cleaning as with a hotel. So really it is a bit of a combination. We had 2 nights in Mykonos, then travelled to Paros for 4 nights, then came back to Mykonos for 1 night. I had no hesitation in coming back to Germanos for that last night. On both occasions, the owner picked us up from the airport/port and dropped us at the airport/port when we left. We have stayed in big hotels for a few years and it was great to get a personal service like this, which big hotels don't give. Be aware that the big view comes with a small price in the way of a hill. The studio is on a hill on the edge of town and it is a 10 min easy walk down to town, but a more difficult walk back up the hill. At night we opted for a 5 Euro taxi back. The studios are on 2 tiers, Our first studio was on the top tier, the second was on the lower. The lower one was bigger and had a better view directly from the room. If we go back to Mykonos, this will be where we stay.

5 star view - Excellent

Appreciate the free transfer from/to port. What I really love is that there is a place where you can watch the sunset, well it's really a perfect view. You also have an overlooking of Mykonos. The location is quite on a higher part of Mykonos but it's walking distance going to the town. Overall stay is wonderful. Hope to come back soon :)
