Stayed at Attika with my family, two kids under 7. The staff were very friendly. Beach was dirty, with actual garbage on either side of hotel beach area. Found hairs in food twice! Owner regularly screams at staff by pool in front of kids.

Ok beach, food not clean

Attika beach is very nice hotel with perfect services and compliant staffs. Hotel is located in south of Corfu island near city Lefkimmi, direct at beautiful sand beach.

Stayed for a week in july. Beautiful hotel grounds, nice pool area with a snack bar. The beach right in front of the hotel is wonderful. Very shallow, clear water. The buffet is great...breakfast and evening. But you NEED a rental if you plan to leave the hotel grounds. Clean hotel all around. Friendly staff as almost everywhere on a Greek island. I would recommend it especially for families with children. 

Kid friendly, great beach location but bad wifi

We spent 2 marvelous weeks at this very nice holiday resort with our 2 kids during August 2015. The resort is clean, very romantic and the rooms are fine too (although no TV) and almost all of the employees are very friendly. It is situated directly at a very nice and clean beach and they have special programs for kids.

However, this hotel has some limitations which we think are unacceptable for a 4-star hotel resort, although I must admit that the price is very attractive. We have been at many 4-star resorts in Greece before and therefore we can say with conviction that this hotel can be seen as a great 3-star resort, but does clearly not achive a 4-star level yet.

Food and hygiene:
The choice of the food was limited and it is presented in a room that has about 30 degrees Celsius combined with extreme high air humidity. We consider this as an  issue the hotel management has to address if they want to take hygiene seriously. There is no cooling or it is simply not effective in the whole resort except in your room and for which you have to pay extra (4 Euro per day). 

For lunch they provide a special place at the pool where fresh food is grilled and prepared professionally. The team there does a really great job while the team responsible for breakfast and dinner struggle keeping the food cooled where it must.

Pool
The pool is very nice and great especially for kids but probably too small for a hotel of this size. As a result, it looks clean in the morning and turns into a murky place in the evening. Also, unexpected.. they don't hand out beach-towels. Either you take those of the room or you buy extra in the nearby shop.

WLAN
Pay extra on a daily basis (2 Euro) which in principle is acceptable. 

Overall
If you accept above limitations (rent a car and eat outside) or don't expect a 4-star standard, then this is a fantastic place to be. It is quiet and far away from any tourist noise. Great beach, great sunsets to watch, nice little village called Lefkimni nearby (6km).

Very nice romantic holiday resort,but very limited choice of food

We spent a great holiday in this hotel. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. The water in the sea is very clean and warm, so it's ideal especially for small children. The swimming pool was also very clean! We had a big family room with a beautiful terrace. The programms in the evenings were entertaining. If you are looking for a nice greek hotel in the quiet surroundings, with a beautiful beach and would like to spend lovely family holiday, you should choose the Attika Beach Hotel!

Great family holiday!

I booked this travel on my own, without an agent.
When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was so nice and helpful. Our room was not in the main building (later we were happy about it because of the noise) we got 2 rooms near the beach in a separate 2 stories building, a little far from the lobby and restaurant.
In the room there is NOT a television or working AC. However you can have AC remote control for 4 Euros/day... 
At the beach there are free sunbeds. Great, however 99% of them are broken and you can have sunbed mattress for 1 Euro/day. If you spend few hours at the beach, the mattress is a must have, believe me. The sand is absolutely dirty and full of waste (we found a used injection shot, too... ) You have to wear shoes.
The restaurant is okay if you do not want to bother yourself to vary your meals. Every day is almost the same foods. The breakfast room is soooo small for hundreds of guests so you have to fight for your food. If you want to have an espresso for breakfast you can buy it at the pool bar (open from 10:00am)
The most annoying thing is in this hotel was that this hotel is a german hotel. The 80-90% of the guests are from German, so the hotel works as a german hotel. The information at the lobby, the name of the meals in the restaurant, the evening programs, everything is in German language. You do not find any English text or speak anywhere. The staff is mostly German speaking. So if you do not speak German (as we) choose another hotel. (Just to clear, I have not any issues with german people)
On Monday, Thursday and Sunday evening there were shows. On Friday evening they organize Bingo game for the german guests. At this point I freaked out... I travelled a lot for enjoy the greek hospitality, to taste their food, to dance Zorba and they speak in German, cook german foods, play german BINGO(!!!!!) in evenings??? What is going on in this hotel?
You could say, why don't you leave? Because this hotel is situated 2 kms far from the highway, 45 mins far from Corfu city and the rentals are sooo expensive. In the last 3 days we rented a Matiz (we were 4) and visited Corfu city and Santa Barbara beach. This places are beautiful.
The staff are great, even if we did not speak common language. 
Overall, choose this hotel if you speak German, if you want to relax on the beach, if you are not interested in evening programs, if you like to play board game and card games with your friends/family members in evenings, if you like to be a sheep. 
I do not recommend this hotel, btw Jorge's cocktails are great!
