We had such a nice time here where the family really know what Welcome means - including supplying us with home-made puddings (we made them a kipper pâté in return). We had a big lemon tree right outside our ground floor studio and there were regularly soft thuds as lemons fell. We were quite surprised when we got back to England and had to pay for them. The sandy beach is right outside the complex and there are five tavernas within walking distance, both on the beach and a short, steep walk up into the old village. Gythio is lovely and the beaches down the eastern side of the Mani peninsular are terrific. Mistra, Monemvasia and the Diros caves are not very far by car. By chance, we picked a really great time of the year to go; the weather was mixed but always warm and mostly sunny and the big sites weren't busy at all.  Thanks to Michaelis & all the family for a really lovely holiday. Trying to think of downsides, it might be annoying if you had noisy neighbours because the studios are close to one another. But we didn't and the place was full most of the time, including families with children.

Just the holiday we wanted

It was a very warm and lovely greeting with homemade jams, tomato snack and lemonade!  The location is nice, super good beach right on the doorstep.  The house complex is surrounded by a beautiful garden, the houses themselves are individual and very homely.  Our family stayed in a larger double house with a large balcony.  It was nice to sit there.  The kitchen was very well furnished, the rooms were big and nice.  The mattresses were good, but would be more comfortable with a cover mattress.  I would also have liked newer pillows.  The rooms are cleaned every three days.  In addition, I recommend on the spot to specify the check out time because Booking.com had the wrong time.

Very cosy and clean

We booked a studio with attic for 2 adult and 2 children between 2nd and 12 of july. There was enough space, the kitchen very well equiped, large fridge. Very clean, they changed the sheets and towels every 3 days. The host was very pleasant, when we checked in we found in the studio olive oil, olives, 3kinds of jam. In the last day we found cookies on the table. They are careful with their clients. The beach is in front of location, clean and large, with sand. It is very quiet.

Nice and clean

Owners very friendly , very nice people ,very welcoming. studios very clean (cleaner come every 3 days and clean the studios and change bedshits and towels ) , garden very nice with a kids play area, a big barbeque was there free to use and lots of space for parking.  We want to thank the owners for the lovely olive oil and olives, the wanderfull wine , fresh oregano, for the rice pudding and cake ...and many many ...things they were giving us everyday ( free of charge of course). The studios are literally just outside the beach and it's a lovely location ! Best place if you are with kids ! 10 minutes walk is a big supermarket and 2 taverns with nice Greek food. Once in a while the owners arange a big barbeque night for all their visitor with plenty of meat , wine , refreshments and Greek meze free of charge as well . 
After leaving this place I can't think of something negative just happy moments!

Nice holidays

We visited Studios Resbithas in August and we stayed there for 5 nights. We are 2 adults and three children. The place was cheap for thie pick period but it was very clean, right on the beach and the people were very friendly.
