Absolutely loved this Villa, my family and I had the best time here.  Alex and the host where amazing and we couldn’t of asked for more, fresh bedding was delivered half way through our stay and the villa was lovely and clean.  We liked it so much we can’t wait to book next year. 

Stunning 

We booked a villa for a weekend and it approved a great choice. Easy accommodation for 3 couples and a little child. Great time at the pool which was big enough for all of us. The house was beautiful decorated with all the convenient that someone could ask. Pretty quiet place , isolated from the sounds and noise of the vibrant island.

Weekend with friends 

Very clean house that was fully equipped. Big yard, suitable for families with small kids. The pool also very clean and heated. The staff was kind and helpful. I highly recommend it. I would visit it again.

We were 3 couples and a child and stayed in a villa for 2 nights!!
The house is all new, luxury, equipped with everything a house needs, the pool is also very clean!!
A very quiet place to spend sometime to rest or to spend time with your friends in privacy!!
Mr Nikos and mrs eirini were available for anything we needed all the time 
We definitely suggest to visit it


Great place

We have been visiting Rizolia villas for the past few years and once again returned in May 2019, we have always been very happy and content with the facilities.

The villas have all received a refurb recently so now have brand new fitted kitchens which includes a dishwasher, new bathrooms, and internal and external furniture, new interior lighting and a washing machine plus an alarm.

I must say it all does look and feel pretty smart, fortunately the villas themselves have lost no charm. 
The communal areas and gardens are still maintained to a high standard and now  look more established and pretty.

Lithakia is a quiet part of Zakynthos which enables you to relax easily.

A short driveaway will bring you to the very attractive small resort of Aghios Sostis and the more lively resort of Laganas a little further still is Tsvilli which is very popular resort.

The beauty of self catering at Rizolia Villas enables you to mix with the locals and have a slice of Greek life, shopping at the supermarkets dotted around.

We book our stay through TUI who at the time or writing this review have not updated photos of the refurbished areas.
