A bit noisy at night, but that's basically guaranteed staying anywhere near the harbour. The entire atmosphere here was great though. Also the steam shower was amazing!

Amazing place- spacious- modern- great location

Great location and space

Check in at alternate location about 200m away was a little confusing but room was excellent. Loft bedroom area, 2 bathrooms. Sofa bed, historic building. Not sure how they manage breakfast as booked room only and no facilities in this particular building. Overall a great little place right in the heart of old Chania.

Old town Chania

The property is located in a perfect location with lots of restaurants (skip the ones along the water and head into the street of the old town for quality food) The breakfast area is five minutes away at a sister hotel, it was nice with lots of choices. The rooms simple but clean. Room 8 and 9 only have one small window so quite dark. The only issue we had was there is a bar bellow the property and every night we were awakened until 4:00 am with thumping music and drunk people. 5:30 on Saturday night!! It was brutal. For that reason, unless you are a solid sleeper, I would not stay there again.

Wonderful location with view of harbor from shared balcony.  Steps from waterfront, dining, shopping,atm, and convenience.  5 minute walk to heart of Chanda old town.  Absolutely wonderful!

This place is great! There is a club right underneath, so you can hear that late into the night, but it didn’t bother us at all. The room was nicely updated, beautiful room. All of the staff is amazing and kind, and the shuttle driver was so nice, as well.

Hotel location was great. Easy to get around all sites. Room was clean and had great views from the shared balcony.  Nighttime noise can be heard so be aware of this if you looking for a quiet spot.  We had a suite with two levels and the noise from footsteps from the upper floor was not great.  Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water for two days. Took the hotel a while to fix the problem and although they provided another room for us to use the shower, it was in another nearby hotel and three floors up with no lift. Also the hotel management ignored us when I requested some compensation for the water loss on those days. Very disappointing with their lack of responses.  At the very least I would have expected a phone call or email bug we were left to deal with front desk staff who tried their best but had little authority to do much more than apologise for the inconvenience.  Breakfast was good. Had all the basics but we stayed for 5days so we were craving some variety. 

Good location but not great. 

I travelled with a friend and we stayed in the Deluxe Sea View room. It was clean and comfortable and we utilized both floors so that we would have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony is an amazing perk and we spent a lot of our downtime in between daytime excursions and dinner sipping wine on the balcony and just looking out on the beautiful harbour. Housekeeping was done every morning and our room was always tidy and fresh. We were able to find parking on the street or very close by with no issues. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a future visit. Its quite and quaint but it felt like home. The area is very safe and we were comfortable strolling out in the early hours or late in the evening.
