We've been to Gouvia as a base to go around the island with a scooter and I have to say that Antonis and his wife apartments are simply great. Excellent hospitality and very comfortable rooms ( I recommend the ones on the top floors as they are more spacious), they are always ready to help with doubts and places to see and to eat. I would definitely recommend the Apartments, mostly because of the strategic location to go about the island.
