Very nice Villa with 3 good size rooms. Very clean. Quiet location with stunning views out onto the sea with Zante on the horizon. Large pool area with plenty of room to relax/eat/BBQ etc. This year will be our 4th holiday in Villa Mariza and our 10th in Trapezaki. We are a family of 4 with two children under 10. There are beaches and tavernas within walking distance but a rental car is advised.

Stunning Viiews

Villa Mariza is a lovely villa with beautiful open views to the sea and the Island of Zakinthos. It is in a quiet location close to both St Thomas’ Beach and Trapezaki. The villa has a good sized pool and a lovely mature garden with sun loungers and parasols.There are three good beach-side tavernas all within walking distance and if you like to cook, the kitchen is well equipped. The villa is well maintained and cleaned regularly. The pretty bedlinen in all three bedrooms is changed frequently and the owners couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful.
