This is a family owned guest house in Kastoria. It has a very nice view of  Kastoria from above. It is very nicely decorated with a cozy fire place area to hang out. The rooms are clean well maintained although not recently refurbished. Staff have been polite and helpful. 

Overall our experience has been great and this hotel is highly recommended.

Wonderfull view and very friendly people.the place is avery dpecial artistic decorated.wonderfull weather.nice varieties for breakfast.price was ver good.i recommend it!

This is a lovely place to stay.  There are great views from the bedroom balconies.  The breakfast and dinners were some of the best we had during our stay in Greece all tasty and home cooked.  The bedrooms were large and well appointed. The communal areas were comfortable and the decor was fun. The whole place has a lovely friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic family run hotel

We stayed for 3 nights, last December. The room was cosy and clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was excellent including some local pies and fresh homemade jams! Beautiful view to the lake and the town of Kastoria. The hosts are very welcoming and passionate about their hospitality, we got some very useful info about places to see in Kastoria and around. We will definitely visit again in the future.

Highly recommended 

I came as part of a bear tracking and wildlife tour, so we were out all day on a fairly busy schedule.  It was so nice to come home to somewhere so quiet and comfortable.  The hosts were very welcoming, breakfast was excellent and the views magnificent.

We had a very comfortable 4 night stay here. Our room on the first floor had a balcony with a wonderful view to the lake, and was lovely and warm, comfortable and clean. The house itself is well designed with lots of space, and makes a real focus of the view and gardens. Breakfast and dinner were both fantastic with plenty of choice and some real home-made Greek traditional food, plus fruits and nuts from the garden. We couldn't have asked for anything more, and would highly recommend Vissinokipos if you are staying in this beautiful region of Greece.

Wonderful cosy stay with fantastic food and friendly hosts - highly recommended!

This is a very cosy place. The operators have paid attention to every detail from the silverware to the color of the ceiling and the paintings on the walls. The meals are of excellent quality at very reasonable prices. From the room's balcony we enjoyed a breathtaking view of Kastoria and the lake.

 It is about 10 minutes drive from the city. Children friendly.

One of the few places that is better than the photos

What can I say about this lovely guest house! Christina and Christos are amazing and super friendly hosts. Nothing is trouble for them! The food is mouthful, the local tsipouro like nectar. The garden is ideal for yoga and meditation or to prepare your next business meeting. The room is arty and witty with great quality of amenities. And the views of the lake of kastoria stunning. You should visit this unique place! 

Absolutely fabulous! 

I heard about this guest house since many years ago but did not manage to visit until the new owners took it over a few months back. I was impressed by the warmth of their service, the spotlessly cleaned rooms and the relaxed atmosphere. It is one of the places where you stay and will remember for years. Do not hesitate to try the food: of high quality with fresh local produce and very reasonably priced.
