A little family-run hotel with a nice pool. Very clean and situated on a little hill in a nice neighbourhood. All the rooms have a nice view either of the sea or the mountains. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. Good value for money - highly recommended.

Archodia Studios has a great location between kamari beach and Kefalos village.There is a swimming pool with a bar. There is a free park for customers.Rooms are fine: there is a cooking corner with a fridge. Maybe the shower is a little small. The host is really nice.

Our first time in Kos to attend my daughter’s wedding at a nearby resort, so we didn’t know what to expect.  We booked three apartments here, all were spotlessly clean with everything that we could need and wonderful sea views.  After 4 days here, I suffered a back injury which left me incapacitated.  Denise called the Doctor for me and visited me with snacks and coffee.  Her kindness and compassion went over and beyond what I could’ve ever expected.  She also moved me to a ground floor apartment to make mobility easier.  If you want a true taste of Greek hospitality, come here.  Food is fresh and great value.  Denise, her husband George and their entire family make you feel so welcome.  I am so desperately unhappy to be leaving here but I am doing so more relaxed and with a smile on my face.  Oh, and we will definitely be back!  Highly recommended!

Perfection

We stayed in Archodia for our holiday 11.08.-25.08.2020 and were really happy about our choice. The rooms are simple but perfectly clean. The house owners are so friendly and helping if you need anything. Dionisia is always there and finds solution for any of your problems.
Archodia is located a little bit up, so you have a great view to the sea. You can observe the sun rise from your balcony in the morning. You can reach the beach in about 10 minutes slow walking. We preffered the beach close to the port. That was about 15-20 minutes by feet. The upper town is also reachable very well. but we were lazy and took the car there :-D
Kefalos is a nice little city, you can chill here, you have nice smal beaches with beautiful water but you have also many car rentals (I recommend Dimitris car rentals near the port and Katerina for quads and bikes) to make trips. Kos is smal so you never drive over 45 minutes even if you go the bigest distances. I recommend Thermes beach at night! Kos city, Plaka Forrest-Park esp. if you love cats or have kids, drive to kardamena and take boat to Nissyros and Alykes lake + you can combine with a day at Tigaki beach.
I wish you also such a beautiful holiday as we had.

Friendly, Very clean,  Greek room with everything you would need to self cater. Nice view over the bay. With its own swimming pool. Very good value.

Very good value in great location.

The apartments are very basic and very clean with the facilities of a hob and fridge in the the room and air con and safe at additional costs. The family that operate these apartments are very welcoming and are glad to see you again (stayed 2016) and work very hard to ensure you are a happy and valued customer.Fantastic views over Kefalos bay with on site pool and bar / snack bar.Kefalos is a very quiet part of Kos but that is why we go there, lots of restaurants to choose from and no queues or being rushed.chilled out!

my husband and i stayed at the Archontia studios and were more than satisfied with the accomadation which is run by a small family who were very kind, nothing was too much trouble for them, the surrounding area isn't full of clubs and bars, but if u want a relaxing holiday we  would certainly recommend it here.

Lovely location up the little hill overlooking the bay. Nice pool and bar for a beer. Room basic but ok. Fridge broke but replaced with a new one. We stayed 2 nights out of 3 to see more of the and and to upgrade our room. Nice couple who own the property. Would return to a sea view room.

We spent 10 lovely nights in these apartments. Maybe skip the bfast. bread cheese and ham for 10 mornings very boring.Fab pool, no deep end so felt very safe as not strong swimmer.Friendly and helpful couple who work very hard to make holiday pleasant.Up steep slope but after few days we were running up to apts and it didn't seem so steep.Beach, shops, restaurants and bars 5 mins awayBuses to take you around the island.Strongly recommend Archodia Studios.
