We came to spend 2 nights in this very quaint little town (on the island part) The family run hotel is very good for it's price category ! A fabulous breakfast, very nice people, best location and nice clean renovated rooms. It's not a luxury spa hotel, but they don't pretend to be either. Great terrace too, although our weather god at the time was not quite in tune with our wishes :-(

Excellent location, very clean, great breakfast !!

Hotel Seekrone is a small hotel with 12 newly remodeled and modernly furnished rooms. Room #3 is spacious and offers a magnificent view on the Lake. The king-size bed is comfortable with the normal German standard of two mattresses of each 90 cms. The room is having a seating area and writing desk. The bath room is bright and clean with a shower stall. The free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. 
Even though that there were only a few guests in late November, the breakfast buffet was abundantly garnished. Breakfast time is extended until 11:00. The restaurant was closed on a Wednesday. In a short walking distance are other restaurants. In summer the large terrace that is giving onto the harbor  is used as an extension of the restaurants. 
Unfortunately, the hotel has only limited reserved parking. Parking in front of the Church results in a parking ticket.  
The tranquil location directly on the Lake shore promises a relaxing stay. The hotel staff were all without exception friendly and helpful.

He hotel is directly on the water front of the Wasserburg peninsula.

We had a pleasant stay there and had a room that was overlooking the water. It was very quiet and peaceful with little birds singing in the evening and morning. 

The room standard was fine, even thought not too modern, especially the bath room. But it was all fine and clean.

Free Wifi was also available. For dinner we walked along the waterfront and went to Fischerklause am See which we enjoyed.

Excellent stay in Wasserburg

The location of this hotel is just a few meter from the shore. The place is quite and tranquil. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast was great with fresh juices and scrambled eggs.

Overnight stop on drive from Germany to Italy, it was perfect.  Views, staff, atmosphere, rooms and restaurant were all very nice and would not hesitate to return for a longer stay.  Breakfast and dinner were both very nice.
