Clean and new, the only remark that the room service never changed our bed sheets during our stay the rest perfect!
What was bad
Wifi was extremely slow, so don't count on netflix or other things needing internet.

It's just beside the train station and very close to supermarket.
What was bad
The mattress is too soft.
