Premier Inn Frankfurt City Europaviertel Hotel

We booked a three night stay for a little Easter getaway and decided to try the newest addition in Frankfurt the Premier Inn Frankfurt City Europaviertel arriving the 28th of march to the 31st. We were so excited to try the New Premier Inn plus room as when back in the UK it is always a must as we love them and for so long we wished that the Premier Inn plus rooms would come to Germany and yes they have finally arrived & without a doubt did not disappoint. This certainly is a very well managed Premier Inn and every single member of the team both the guys & the girls that we came across were so so genuinely friendly and helpful. The underground car park is very secure and complete with shutters at the car park entrance and cameras everywhere. Elevators take you from the car park to reception and check in was with much ease and a pleasure due to the friendly nature of the team here. Our room was absolutely beautiful and what we love about the Premier Inn Plus Rooms is that they always seem to be on the top floor so you are guaranteed no noise from above. The room was more like a penthouse apartment with a separate bed area and an area with two relaxing chairs and a table with a beautiful floor lamp, in this area also included a refrigerator complete with a couple of bottles of water, little chocolates, a nespresso machine and a kettle, also there is an iron and ironing board and a much appreciated in room safe. The bed was definitely king size and was heavenly to sleep on. With the Premier Inn plus room you will get complimentary access to the normally paid for super fast internet which worked a dream and importantly stayed connected our whole stay without the need to keep reconnecting. The only negatives is the low pressure in the shower but am sure that is due to the eco era we are in now, and also we found the room to be very warm and was hoping or should I say praying that the air conditioning would be working but was informed that it is in winter mode. This is always a huge disappointment as in most German hotels this seems to be the norm so it’s always disappointing that you do not have the actual choice to have the room cooler as to your own personal preference. In the UK the air conditioning is usually centrally controlled so reception staff can remotely set it as to your personal preference. So with a warm room we slept with all the windows open and luckily the noise outside did not bother us at all. Breakfast was great and we was looked after each morning by such a lovely lady who was always so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is literally about 5 minutes walk from Frankfurt Bahnhof and to the left of the hotel on the main road it is no more than 5 minutes to the Skyline plaza shopping Center and the Messe and to the right of the hotel on the main road it is about 10 to 15 minutes walking into the city center. It really is in a perfect position to fully explore Frankfurt and you are surrounded by plenty of great places to eat be it Asian, Italian etc etc. lots of characters around but name a city that doesn’t and it did not bother us at all. To end all we can say is Thank you for such a wonderful stay we really appreciated the friendly staff and our fabulous Premier Inn Plus room we loved our stay. We will definitely be back.
