Lovely family Hotel. :) 
The room was clean.
The breakfast was fine.
Internet availability wasn't the best :S 
It's located near to the city center and the outlook was great from my room.
The parking opportunity is really great.

Lovely Family Hotel

This is a nice family run hotel, everyone was really helpful and Friendly.
The rooms were a bit on the basic side, but were clean and comfortable.
I had a great nights sleep.
The resturant was good as well, and resonably priced.

Horrible! DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL!!!!

First, we got the room that was not ready,  cold, no towels, bed not done, closed heating and windows wide opened in the winter time.
Restaurant is open only till 8 p.m. so if you come a bit later impossible to eat.

Breakfast very poor. If you dont eat diary or gluten like me NOTHING to eat.
Cappuccino not included in the breakfast. If tou want it instead of regular coffee you need to pay extra - 2.40€.

Next day real problems started. We were charged for two nights in advance during check-in, even though it was a phone call reservation - not a HRS or any other guaranteed reservation.
We said we want rooms for 2 nights and were charged in advance. Due to change of plans next morning we said we must leave 1 night sooner than planned asking for the money back for second night.
The owner said "it's your problem" and she will not refund us the money.
Very disappointed and I strictly do not recommend.

Owner does nor care about your opinion.
No guest service attitude.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! VERY BAD!

Me and my colleague while staying at the Adler Hotel in Asperg decided to check out Hotel - Restaurant Zum Lamm.
When we arrived the staff were not focused on serving customers and were put in a room and they seem to have forgotten we were there. I went the the from desk to ask if we could order something to eat. We then had to hurry because the kitchen was closing. The food was ok.  I will not return

STAFF NOT INTERESTED

Did not stay there but upon reviews had a great dinner. We were so sick of Pizzas and Pastas and to our great delight the meal was comprised of great steaks, delicious wiener schnitzels and hearty soups. Highly recommended especially given the service which was superb.

Great restaurant

I don't usually write reviews while I am still resident but this is different.   The rooms are rooms.   Somewhere to sleep.   Comfortable and clean but not plush.   Value for money.   However!   The restaurant??   At first glance, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.   The meal was deliciously superb!!   Beautifully served, excellent food and as good as ever I have had in 35 years of travelling.   I have eaten steak in Kobe, Brasil, Argentina, Texas, South Africa, Australia, Aberdeen, and never, never, have I had better.   Occasionally as good, but never better.   I look forward to tomorrow night's dinner.   But breakfast comes first!!  Local pils is good too.   Staff are fluent in English and very pleasant indeed.   Thoroughly recommended!!
