Ferienwohnungen an der Kaiserpfalz

This Ferienwohnungen (vacation apartment) was the most satisfactory lodging of our trip. For less than we paid for our typical hotel room in Germany we got, instead of a cramped bed room, a large living room-kitchen plus the bed room. The furnishings & location were superior to Apt.s we had rented in the past and the location (c. a block from the old town market) suited my wife & myself perfectly. There was a decent restaurant across the street and absolute quiet at night. (The fact that the bedroom was at the back of the building likely helped but I suspect that they rolled up the streets around 9 o'clock.) The owner-hostess was more than professionally polite; she speaks decent English and took pains to be as helpful as possible. All in all, a first rate stay.
