We almost drove past, but it looked so welcoming we pulled in. Great coffee, great food and the owner is a lovely friendly man. Delightful stop on a long drive. We ate on the sheltered garden terrace and enjoyed every bite.

Lucky find

Very delicious food. Rarely eaten such good pork buns. Prices are excellent, and we're definitely going to head out again to eat there. In my opinion, a little secret tip in the Plettenberg area.

Very polite service and a nice rustic ambiance

Beautiful, very quiet room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower, balcony. For breakfast the egg specialties are prepared fresh on request. In the restaurant you can sit inside and outside, everything we tried was very tasty. Nothing to eat.

It's all right.

Peter is owner and chef and we gave been going there for years now. We go there for fishing for trout in rhe Lenne but it is also a  good spot for cyclists and bikers.  The rooms are very good and so is the food. The favourite dish is the grillplatte. We are always welcomed as old friends. Service is friendly and drinks are noted on your bierviltje  (the carton under your drink).

Great stay bei der Peter

We were at Mr. Huß and his team's guesthouse for one night. We liked it very much. What did we like? Everything! Simple booking on the phone, friendly reception at check-in after a nice skiing day in Wildewiese. Modern rooms, nice bathroom. Really good dinner in the guesthouse. Nice, attentive staff - which also reflected on the guests - was a very good, comfortable mood. Staying with children was no problem. You notice to the staff and especially the chef/owner that it's all about having enough guests. Professionally, we had to relax through and through. Unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel again after breakfast - yes, just for a snack.

Super hotel and great restaurant

I had ordered the table and also the goose, goose and red cabbage for 22 euros. They were warmly welcomed and led to our table. Afterwards the drinks were included. I asked for the drink card to order wine. I took a sponge field red wine. After a short time a greeting came from the kitchen in the form of a fish soup. Afterwards our whole dish came. It consisted of a goose, a toilet, a goose and a shell with sauce. What I didn't find very good was what we had asked after we could get something else on it. The statement came anyway but it would still be deforesting. One would serve a nice orange right away. Then it would have a nice plate with a small sprinkle, although I thought it would have been better to sprinkle the red cabbage on the table, although it would have been very nice.

Sweet Martins.

It's quietly located in a small neighbourhood, and you get great, modern rooms and a restaurant with very good regional cuisine. The food tastes great and is greatly prepared. I'm really positively surprised and would come back here anytime.

Super modernized rooms and top restaurant

Years ago that I paid such a small amount for such a good room offer in a small villeage : spacious room, nicely decorated and full equiped. A well managed family hotel. Breakfast was OK, parking easy.

Hotel with outstanding quality/price ratio

I stayed at this hotel for work reasons. a very nice family runs it with a fantastic code, very personal and always kind and willing to help. the room I had (25) has everything needed. fast internet and free. i will surely return with my family to enjoy the natural environment. the biggest difference is the quality of their cuisine. very good products, large portions and very tasty. i'm back. thank you very much.

Very clean, modern, well-equipped rooms and excellent cuisine.

The meal was superb - I had a steak dish with pear and stilton and it was my favourite meal of our week stay in Germany - tucked away 'In the Corner' which I understand is the translation of 'Im stillen Winkel'. - Taken here by German 'family' ate in the restaurant but I think would have prefered to have eaten in the main bar more atmosphere. Presentation and quality of meal was just excellent.
