Very friendly hosts, you can really feel at home. 
I recommend having breakfast and dinner,  delicious and varied assortment of food at an acceptable price.
Large and well-kept yard, gym, billiards, balcony, many facilities...
It is a great place to go with both friends and family.

Great place to stay

Very friendly and nice environment! I stayed there for 3 days and was very happy with the service. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The owners are very lovely. The whole atmosphere is really nice. There’s a big living room where you can just chill, watch tv and enjoy hot beverages. The location of the hotel is very close to the center. I really enjoyed my stay there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say that the owners' hospitality and friendliness made my experience exceptional! would highly recommend this guest house to anyone seeking warmth and generosity. I look forward to returning here and having a lovely time once again!

A Warm and Welcoming Stay

Outstanding hospitality, greatly recommended. It's a guest house, nothing out of regular wasn't expected - but the owners are  receiving you in such a great manner that you don't need anything better.  Very clean rooms with bathroom inside, spacious common place, great place to spend evenings.

I booked a twin room 1 week in advance for my sister's short trip to Georgia. I called the day before to reconfirm as I'd made the reservation by phone (to save the guesthouse paying commission to Booking,con) and everything was fine. But on the morning of our arrival, they texted to cancel the reservation saying our room had problems. Terrible.

Super Disappointed

A beautifully appointed, comfortable guesthouse a few minutes walk from the centre of Stepantsminda/Khazbegi. The hosts were wonderful! They provided us with information about where to go what to see and tips to make the most of our visit. The home cooked breakfasts were amazing! Each day was different, showcasing local and regional specialities. The owner gave us so much information about the food and a bag to take leftovers for lunch. The room was comfortable, with a fridge, so we could cool water for the next day. Views of the mountains from all sides of the property. 
I highly recommend  visit to this guesthouse. 

Wonderful welcom

Me and two friends really enjoyed staying in this guesthouse. The host was very friendly and funny. He prepared us nice breakfasts, was very relaxed and made sure everything suited our wishes. Plus: pool table, table tennis table, fitness, and a nice balcony to relax on. 

Great host, very clean, very good breakfast

We stayed here for 4 nights and we had a great time! The guest house is in a quiet street a little away from the centre, though easily accessible on foot. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.
The bathroom does get a bit wet because the drainage isn't that good but that's okay. We had breakfast every morning (15 lari per person) which often consisted of khachapuri,  bread, eggs, ham, yoghurt and something sweet like apple pie. Pretty good value I'd say!
The owners were very friendly. They have some rain coats available in case it rains and they also helped us with transport back to tbilisi. There were a lot of people waiting for a marshrutka so one of the husbands of the owners asked around and  found as a ride/taxi for 20 lari per person (marshrutka is 10 per person).

Nice guest house

We have stayed at the guest house 15 while our family trip to Kazbegi for almost a week and really enjoyed ourselves.
The guest house is well keeped, very clean and cozy, Dea and her husband were super nice, friendly and super helpful. They helped a lot in arranging daily trips for us as well as transfers to and from Kazbegi and all that while making sure we charged fair prices.
The food she cooked was super taisty and way better then anything you will find in any of the local restaurants!!
If you plan to visit Kazbegi - we definitely recommend you to stay in Guest house 15!

Great place to stay!

Very friendly and helpful family. Clean rooms and nice warm ambiance on the ground floor. They start serving breakfast at 9am and count at least 30-40 min for yourself to finish it. Big portions and very delicious! I believe they make best khachapuri in Georiga. They can arrange transportation to the nearby villages with pick up at the door. Would definitely stay here again.
