We have stayed at this wonderful Apartment Hotel for a long term rental and we have been very happy here. We can highly recommend staying here. Our fully furnished one bedroom apartment with balcony had an outstanding view of the green park on the New Boulevard and the Black Sea. The king sized bed is very comfortable, and blackout curtains are a relief for light sleepers, with AC/heating in both the living room and the bedroom. There's plenty of wardrobe, and storage space, with a fully equipped kitchen, good counter space, including microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom is large with ample drawer space, a rain shower with good pressure, and plenty of hot water. There's a dining table, large desk for working and two TVs. Balcony furniture allows you to take in the fantastic sunsets. One downside for being this high up on the 36th floor is the incredible sound of the wind when it picks up and can be disturbing while sleeping. However, the views and the space make up for that.  The staff at the building reception are exceptional! They are very friendly, helpful, speak English and are quick to help you with any problems you may have.  We had a few maintenance issues that were rectified immediately without any fuss or delay. As well, the cleaning staff is remarkable and does an immaculate job cleaning up the apartment, leaving it spotless. And even though this is a very large building with many floors and units, the six elevators are very efficient and get you to your floor quickly without having to wait. With a splendid view, comfortable living space, city buses right outside your door, a seaside promenade, many nearby restaurants, a wonderful cafe on the 37th floor, along with a mall and grocery shopping across the street, it's a no-brainer you should stay here! So what are you waiting for?!

Home away from home with the best views in town

It was perfect apartment white perfect view <3 near the sea <3 close from the airport and next to city mole <3 I was there white my girlfriend and spend perfect 1 weeks <3 I recommend this amazing places You will never forget this <3

Recommendation

Probably the best place to stay in Batumi. 

The sea is literary 50 meters away, the New Boulevard is over the road (just 20 meters away). Great restaurants are within 200 meters.

Getting to Old Batumi will take either 10 minutes on a taxi or 1-hour stroll along the sea. Fantastic Kvariati beach is 10 km (20 min on taxi) away behind the airport. 

Best place to stay in Batumi

Very nice aparthotel, first line, new beach, beautiful park, new rooms, lobby design, sea view. Soon there will still be a restaurant, cafe, fitness room - then everything will be super))). Nearby there is a night market, shopping gallery, casino.

Excellent location close to the beach. The room was really nice and clean, the bed, pillows and blanket were very comfortable,  the food and service was also great, modern facilities. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect and the place was so beautiful and clean. Loved how close it was to the beach. Amazing view. Very friendly and competent staff. I like everything. Everything including rooms. would go again.

Worst experience I had in my life.
So crowded . Bad service. It seems to me it was a metro station not a hotel .
There was nothing in the rooms as they offered just XS soap and very bad shampoo.
No WiFi . It was by modem and payable.
I think it's right to call it a hotel. Maybe residence apartments
