My former Baumettes prisoner was sweeter than the camp staff. The inside of the bungalows was really dirty when he arrived. The floor was filled with sand and dust, sinks and dirty fridge. To forget the deplorable state of the bungalows, I was hoping to eat a good meal (in my case provided by the campsite). HORROR! DESPOSI! The food was infamous and in minimal quantity. I would have preferred to eat the contents of the septic tanks. In the end they even allowed themselves to keep your bail saying that the bungalow was dirty while we had cleaned the house three times in two days and had made it cleaner than the entrance.

I'd rather be conscripted into the Russian army than come back in 2 days!!

Not reserving the low, disastrous, staff not friendly at all enjoy any service even the pool because I had problems with the staff reception pot nothing for sure because lack of clean drinking catastrophic at camping and I'm not talking about the mobilhome that I had to clean myself, arrogant staff, outdated terrace with holes and nails that exceed, climate paying while it's not working, unstoppable water and electricity cutting normally not a car in the camping but a priori it's at the head of the customer that's that part of the stay but not reserving this camping and even less with camping and co-op because no follow up and no attempt to call back and no phone call

We didn't expect anything, we were still disappointed. As students, you suspect that our requirements were less. Yet after an hour of waiting, we ate dishes that I wouldn't even give to my dog, with amounts for young children. We had to go buy pasta to compensate. You doubt it, the organization was deplorable, when we returned our bungalows we cleaned and stored, of course, they still had to complain because  the household seal was outside . I don't want to avoid a stay like this for anyone, absolutely.

I was very scared when I arrived...but when the cottage opened, I was totally reassured...everything was clean...the campsite was also clean despite some of the campers' unkindness...the pool is really cold, we should make an effort on it..your team is at the top, smiling and available...Carole, Adrien, and the staff who take care of the pool...great to your staff who move out every day!!!your evenings were great!!...we had a good holiday

The reception is disastrous! To get a smile you have to hang on! No greeting nor goodbye nor good day from the staff! No wifi! No pool full of burkini while it is clearly noted in the regulations that it is forbidden! Despite the fact that I showed them black and white no change they advised me to email the claim service. Only the bar pulls its pin from the game with smiles and delicious dishes. The slide on the site does not match the campsite at all. No pool monitoring a swimming pool no saver arrangement that should be mandatory in a pool full of children! I asked for a slide in the reception because they did not think it was possible to swim because they could not afford to pay a minimum of 3 days but the best way to do this is to play golf is to play in the campsite.

Absolutely Furious

I don't really understand the horrible reviews about this campsite... nothing to blame, very clean mobile home, very satisfactory services, very nice staff very attentive and very available. Very nice clean campsite very nice maintained. Animations at the top. The pool is also very good (Parents are supposed to watch their children all the time 😅). Those looking for an absolutely perfect world, maybe it's at home, why not stay there next summer?😉

It's a great stay.

Quiet vacation, one swimming pool, a small slide, volleyball courts, golf course... it was a quiet vacation but there are a lot of things we didn't know we could take, air conditioning for example.

When we arrived at the campsite, a huge surprise about the cleanliness of our mobile home, dirty toilet, stained mattresses, mold everywhere bathroom, ants etc... outside waste like in a municipal landfill, responsible for the unfriendly campsite! Obligation to shorten our family vacation stay. HONOR for a 3 star is saying CONFORT!

Disastrous holidays due to the ruthless health condition of the cottage!

We arrived at our mobile home, covered with ants, dirty. we had to find a solution ourselves. nobody from the campsite was coming. The same problem with the defective toilets. They were coming!!!!! nobody seen. I wanted to change places, no arrangement possible with the campsite, despite the many available places, at the end of June!!! campsite not too well attended.attention to make inventory, missing a lot of things. Happy are those who arrive in July, because mobile home cleaned by those who came before them!!

..no animation. empty campsite. trash broke. shit from the pool. garbage everywhere. banned cars but in the end there's always some and especially beautiful in the morning you have the electric cars that go SO FAST. i'll never come back. no beach but a little cove dog poop area. and camping because it's dirty. it's just a shame this campsite... even the reception is nothing
