Excellent cuisine and service. 
They know how to cook traditional French cuisine !!
Food and drinks lists are very well matched. 
Prices are worth it.
Service is great, friendly and babies are welcome and very well accommodated.

Nice and Cosy place

This is the beauty of trip advisor.!
We were on our way back to our hotel in Le Wast and wanted to stop somewhere for lunch. A quick search found this restaurant really close to our location. We was not disappointed. Good looking place from the outside with car parking. Inside bar and tables all look inviting. It was a 30 degree day and we lunched on the outside terrace 6/8 tables not the best of views but was fine -nice buzz about the place. The menu was on a chalk board and brought over to us by the waitress. She explained all the dishes some 6 to each course. Gravalax salmon , fish soup , whole sea bass, and cheese boards enjoyed by all. Champagnes and wines also by the glass. Was recommended fish Friday and we will be booking this on our return to France. Also to experience dining inside

Great find. Am torn to tell you about it as then you will all go!!!
Good home cooked food - by people who know how to cook. People really care there. Good service, even when full. We've been there 3 times now and always good. 
17 euros for dish of the day - house wine excellent.
Go and see for yourself - but if you see us - let us get in too!

GREAT FOOD - what else is there to say!!!

You can choose between a wide range of starters - main courses and desserts....

Prices are really reasonable for the quality served and quantity too !

"Ris de veau" as a starter are exceptional but scallops are too....

Main course "Raie" (skate wing) with bordelaise sauce (butter, capers and pieces of lemon

They also propose suggestions of the day such as spinach with cod 

I went there 3 evenings in a row as it was low season and not many restos were open but did not regret my choice at all !

I recommend this place....Waitress/owner is really nice, very kind, of good help to choose the wine, very pleasant person

Reasonable price for quality food and wines

Good and nice price, €16 for entry, main course, dessert and coffee. On the occasion we had salad with bacon and warm goat cheese, very good. Main course was a rumpsteak with peppersauce and a potatoe bochette and fresh cheese with a topping op menthe syrup and whipped cream. Every day a new menu. Terrace on the patio. Monday till Friday, usually fish on Fridays. Also open during weekends, but than no daily menue. Wine €10 for 50cl. Do not forget to make a reservation. This restaurant is highly appreciated by the local people.

Lunch

We stayed here on a Saturday whilst visiting Le Touquet. The owners were genuine and very welcoming and went out of there way to ensure our stay was pleasant. The room was nice and clean and the food was absolutely amazing I would definitely return here again.

Excellent place to stay and/or eat

The rooms have obviously been updated since previous reviews, modern and clean. The village is ideally placed for le touquet and other resorts. The food is nothing short of outstanding, I suggest booking as we did, the food is classic and regional, they even gave me a special taster pot of tete de veau, the fillet Rossini is fantastic and the Bordeaux pichet at 10e is top notch - I will return. The owners deserve success.
