This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the city tax is payable upon arrival. Please note that bed linen is not provided for bookings with no meals included but can be rented at an extra cost of : - EUR 11.60 per week for a double bed - EUR 9.30 per week for a single bed - EUR 7.20 for towels (including a large and a small towel with a bath mat) Please note that pets can be accommodated at an extra charge of EUR 46 per pet per stay. Please note that 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on the property.
