My son and I had an outstanding visit. The apartment is right around the corner from the two town squares, so food and entertainment options are plentiful and close. There are two floors with two rooms each; each floor has it’s own toilet and bathroom, plus the living room, kitchen, and dining room on the first floor. Parking is not a problem, as there is a large parking area halfway down the block (4 Euro for 7 1/2 hours, free from 6pm-9am). 
I would definitely stay here again!

What a Gem!

We stayed here to visit the Arras christmas market and some of the WW1 memorials. The house is in the centre of town just a few minutes walk from the main squares. We had a family room on the top floor which was perfect, our kids loved climbing the winding staircase to the top of the house. Brigitte the owner welcomed us with a hot drink and provided lots of tips on places to eat and visit. We also learned a lot of history about the house and area from her. Breakfast is served by the wonderful Sylvie. You have everything you could want, freshly baked pastries, cereal, cheese and ham, eggs, toast and fresh bread and juice. Parking is available 5 minutes away. We paid 5 euros for the whole weekend. We would definitely return.

Great location

Check in is 6pm-8pm though I had to wait outside for 20 minutes before anyone showed up (there is a tel. number on the door but my mobile needed charging) Charming old building in a narrow back street behind the town hall so really good location. I had to leave by 7am next day so was told I would have to eat breakfast elsewhere (there was a coffee machine available however) The room was on the middle floor and the bed was comfortable - the only problem was the lack of curtains! I'm wondering now if there were shutters or some other arrangement I didn't discover.The street is very narrow so there was no privacy from the house opposite though finally they drew their curtains and i could turn my light on. In the morning I had to run up to get my key to open the front door (which took some doing) not ideal in case of fire. The young lady who checked me in was charming as was the building which was very clean.

Mixed feelings about this one - but mainly positive.

Arived to be met with a drink whilst having the accommodation was  described and excellent  hints given for our visit. Parking was a little awkward in designated areas within 5 minutes walk for reasonable rates. Our first floor room shared a bath/shower but the price reflected that. Art deco furnishings and fittings in the breakfast room where the excellent food was stylishly served.

Outstanding period house, central, superb breakfast, friendly welcome, great value

Clean and comfortable, we were welcomed by a wonderfully friendly and informative person. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Accessed by old winding and slightly wobble stairs typical of an old building but that's a description not a complaint! As is the fact we had to share the facilities but only with one other room and it never gave us a problem. Superb breakfasts.

Perfect central location near the Hotel de Ville and Place des Heros

We stayed here for three nights as part of a long weekend cycling trip to France. Arras is well situated within easy cycling distance of several WWI sites, including the Canadian memorials at Vimy Ridge and Beaumont-Hamel. The B&B provided a room on the ground floor where we could store our bikes safely. We stayed in the three-person suite with its own bathroom. Everything was comfortable, though the shower was a bit small. At night it was quite warm so we opened the windows. This meant we could hear some street noise, but all-in-all it was fine. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the town. Good value for money, very centrally located. There is a kitchen on the ground floor with some self-catering facilities in case guests want to make their own lunch or dinner. There is also coffee and tea available in the kitchen at all times.
