Tallinn Apartments K8 Free parking

Kotzebue has several apartments, we were in a studio with bedroom alcove and living room equipped with a sort of half-kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle). Apartment is well furnished, very clean and very light (Windows on three sides of the room). It is located in older but refurbished building. Sound insulation was also very good and although there was construction site across the street, we did not hear much of the noise. Entrance to the apartment has double door that are great for additional soundproofing. Sleeping room was small but very comfortable. It was a bit wider than double bed, but it also had large cupboard and enough space for our backpacks next to it. Living room is adjoined wiht a set of a kitchen elements on one wall. There is a basic set of cutlery for two persons and whole setup is more than enough for making breakfast and quick microwaved meals. It has no stove so more serious cooking can't be done. Bathroom was rather big for the apartment of that size. Very clean, with basic set of amenities and a hair dryer. Location was perfect.  It is located five minutes of walk from the railway station and bus terminal (Baalti jam). Next to terminal you can also find newly renovated open market with several good fast food options and various stores. It is located just across the street from the old city walls, and under 15 minutes of walking form the main square and the Town hall.  A block away from apartment, there is a supermarket and the gas station.  Accommodation has free private parking and cozy tea-house on the ground floor. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
