The carpet in the room was stained and dirty.  The shower door was broken and the water coming out of the shower head sprayed almost every which way but down.

Great place  The only issues I had was the Jim was never open. And I was told the pool closed at 9 PM when I went there at 7:30 they had closed it for cleaning.😢

Hotel is tired, really needs updating if they are going to market this as a 4!star hotel

Tired but comfortable

The hotel was mediocre. We had requested non-smoking rooms but got smoking room. It smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The view was good. The breakfast was decent

The lavatory was in a very tight place couldn't use it. Morover I ordered a taxi for the airport was told I could order a local off the street 300 egyptian pounds or a limousine for $30. When the car atrived it was a dilapidated state but due to time constraints I couldn't argue so took the taxi rip off.

Citymax Aswan seems like a hotel that used to be glorious and no longer is but it is still good enough to give it a good review. The check in process was very easy. Our room was very clean and spacious with big bathroom, a living room and a very comfortable king bed…we even had Nile River view. The restaurant could have a menu with broader international options but you can survive with what they offer! Breakfast are “buffet style”. The location is centric, close to restaurants and even a small shopping mall. All in all, it was a good experience to stay in this hotel.

The location was convenient and there were wonderful views of the river in all directions.  We stayed in a junior suite which had a balcony and a large bathroom.  The beds were relatively comfortable, and we were able to have our laundry done in only one day.The restaurant was under construction and the pool area was okay but not what we had expected.

Hotel is run down. Carpet floors dirty. Air conditioner didn’t work and the rooms were hot.
