Location is near by the beach in the old fort, rooms are big with decent furniture , you can’t expect more from 2 star hotel , quite room and because of the big walls you don’t feel the hot weather rest nothing special 

You feel the army running around 

Don’t let the price fool you into thinking it’s going to be nice. Expensive for what you get. 
It’s an old fort which been turned into a hotel, but not as you would expect. No views of harbour as you might expect. 

In our room, the carpet was wet underfoot and heavily stained. Bed damp. Furniture described as rustic, but covered in old water stains, probably from the pipes at ceiling. Windows were open when we arrived, probably to disguise the musty smell. No restaurant in hotel but in a tent down at the water. AVOID AVOID AVOID 

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The area is very nice and quite, I visited in the summer when it was unfortunately sold out and I had to come and stay here. The owners are very friendly and did their best to accommodate us. The room was very big and beautiful. 

Special hotel

Unusual hotel in an old fort, in a very quiet location.   Big rooms, but really small bathroom with no hairdryer.  A bit of a musty smell in the room.  Close to the Dragor harbour and a few restaurants / cafes. They serve breakfast in the morning (not included in the room price) after 8 am, but we did not try it. Close to the airport, 15 minutes by taxi. The lady at reception was very nice, she booked the taxi for next morning for us.

Quiet location

A quaint hotel located in the near vicinity of Copenhagen airport which offers an out of the ordinary overnight experience than what one is used to.  Guests who expect luxury must look elsewhere since this hotel used to be an old fort that housed young soldiers during the war.  The bar also serves as the reception so do not expect piccolos to open the door for you.  The bartender/receptionist welcomes guests and accompanies them to their rooms.  Breakfast is served when you like it, simple and yet supple enough to start the day.  The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean.  Worth the visit if you are interested in a little history and don't mind old furnishings. Visited the place out of curiosity and our kids enjoyed the very short visit.
